Southampton star Romeo Lavia will undergo his medical at Chelsea later today.
The Blues have signed a £50 million deal with the Saints to sign the Belgium international and hope to close a deal soon.
Lavia spent some time back in Belgium before returning to England for his medical treatment with the West London giants.
