Romeo Beckham’s ditches football for a foray into fashion: From childhood Burberry shoots to GQ best dressed, was he always destined to follow in Victoria’s footsteps?
He spent a week in the French capital taking in the hustle and bustle of the city Fashion week Paris ahead of Victoria’s highly anticipated show on Friday.
And his presence at the event seemed fitting after it was announced that Romeo Beckham has officially left football to pursue a career in fashion.
The second eldest of the Beckham clan, Romeo, 22, always seemed to be torn between the two growing up with a football-famous father and a fashionista mother.
However, earlier this month it was revealed that Romeo has reportedly left his Premier League football club, despite the fact that it is so offered a new contract with Brentford FC in June.
And following Romeo’s decision to pass up the opportunity, we look back at all the moments that showed he was destined to follow in Victoria’s footsteps.

His passion for fashion was cemented at an early age when he accompanied Victoria on shoots and mingled with a host of top designers.
A favorite of the brand, Romeo returned two years later to film a Christmas advert with the designer, wearing the classic Burberry trench, along with a smart Burberry scarf and umbrella.
It was later reported that his work contributed to some great sales techniques and purchases of the £1,500 classic coat increased by a significant 10 percent from January 2015.

The stylist opted to pull on thick white socks over Romeo’s pant leg while he slipped on a pair of cream-colored lace-up sneakers.

Romeo showed off his uncanny resemblance to dad David as he kept it cool in a black blazer with shiny lapels, a simple black top and oversized black trousers.

He gets it from his mother
Romeo Beckham took inspiration from his fashion mogul mother Victoria when he posed for an Instagram photo last month wearing a pair of giant yellow Crocs boots.
The eye-catching shoes are a collaboration with Brooklyn-based art collective MSCHF – outright mischief – following the release of their cartoonish Big Red Boots last year.
The Brentford footballer showed off his tattooed physique in a white tank top and gray shorts as he threw his leg back and forth behind him and modeled the eccentric £354 boots.
Yet Romeo wasn’t the first Beckham to wear them after his mother Victoria ditched her signature heels last year to pose in the same yellow, cartoonish oversized boots, which were also modeled by Paris Hilton..
