REVEALED: Paulo Dybala’s list of Roma release clauses making it EASIER for Premier League clubs to sign him at a reduced price…while Italian sides can see their deals CANCELED
- Paulo Dybala has scored 16 goals in just 34 appearances for Roma this season
- Jose Mourinho feels he has ‘rediscovered his joy of football’ in the Italian capital
- The Argentine midfielder could leave the club this summer for just £10.6 million
Roma midfielder Paulo Dybala could be available for just £10.6 million this summer for clubs outside Italy.
The 29-year-old has been outstanding this season after an emotional departure from Juventus took him to the Italian capital.
He scored 16 goals in 34 appearances in all competitions in a season that saw Jose Mourinho’s side finish fifth in the table and reach the semi-finals of the Europa League.
Dybala has played a particularly important role in Europe, scoring an 89th-minute equalizer against Feyenoord in the quarter-finals to take the tie to extra time.
Despite his success at the club, the Giallorossi may find it difficult to hold on to his Argentine star. Fabrizio Romano reports his release clause is just £10.6 million for clubs outside Italy and £17.6 million for Serie A sides.

If an Italian club joins Dybala, Roma will reportedly be able to ‘cancel’ the release clause by increasing his salary from ‘£3.1m to £5.3m’, but in this case the midfielder would ‘have the last word’ ‘ to have. .
While the numbers required to prize such a highly rated player away from Roma seem relatively low, Mourinho seems quietly convinced he can keep the World Cup winner.
Following Dybala’s dramatic Europa League goal last week, the manager said: “My feeling is that [Dybala] was looking for the joy he had lost more than the confidence.
“He has found it here, with a squad that understands him, a coach who loves him, a position on the field with players like [Lorenzo] Pellegrini, [Bryan] Cristante and [Gianluca] Mancini he has strong characters around him in leadership roles.
“He has the quality to play for the biggest clubs in the world, but he has found his joy here. I gave him absolute freedom to come on tonight and he could even go off two minutes later if he didn’t feel like it, but he played 30 minutes of extra time and 25 minutes of regular time, and he finished on a high.’

AS Roma now take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League semi-finals next month as they chase a second continental trophy in as many years.
After they had not won anything in Europe since 1961, they won the Europa Conference League last season with a 1-0 win over Feyenoord in the final.
A win this season would secure qualification for the Champions League, despite a fierce battle in the upper echelons of Serie A, where Roma are currently outside the top four in goals scored.
They will then move into action with a potentially vital clash against the team directly above them, AC Milan, on Saturday.
