Sir Rod Stewart is currently on tour in Australia and surprised staff at a model railway shop in western Sydney on Wednesday by making a surprise visit.
The legendary rocker, 78, visited the Woodpecker Model Railways store in Pendle Hill to look for toy trains to add to his collection.
Stewart is an avid model railway collector who has spent 30 years designing a model American city at his home in England.
Store owner Marilyn shared a photo on Facebook of Rod grinning from ear to ear as he posed up a storm with the store staff.
Came in looking for bits and pieces. He was working in the front and I heard him sing in the back,’ she told the daily telegraph.

Stewart is a keen collector of model railways who has spent 30 years designing a model American city at his home in England.
‘I asked him how his collection was and if he had finished it. He said, “Oh, it’s never finished,” and he bought some American car models.
The sighting comes after Stewart rescheduled her anticipated concert at the Mt Duneed Estate, which she will now perform with Cyndi Lauper and Jon Stevens, on Friday.
In a statement he sent out earlier this month, the rock star said he is “feeling great” and asked fans to “hold on to your tickets.”
“I am very happy to tell everyone that I am feeling great and that my Day on the Green concert in Geelong will take place on Friday March 31,” he said.
‘Please hold on to your tickets. I hope you can still make it. It’s going to be extra fun with my friends Cyndi Lauper and Jon Stevens.’

Roundhouse entertainment director Michael Newton said he was “delighted” that he was able to “find an open date” for Stewart, Lauper and Stevens to do a make-up presentation.
“We thank everyone for their patience and appreciate ticket holders’ understanding regarding the rescheduled show and the logistics involved in turning around a large event like this,” he said.
“We are delighted to be able to get this show back on track for what will now be Sir Rod’s last Victorian show.”
It came after Stewart gave fans an update on his health after he was forced to cancel his show in Geelong earlier this month.
