Rochelle Humes shared a painful health announcement on Monday when she told her followers on Instagram that she was trying to ‘get better’.
The TV personality, 34, shared a snap to her Story on Monday revealing she ‘poked a rib’ after working out.
It came on the same day she celebrated her son Blake’s 3rd birthday alongside her JLS star husband Marvin, but she insisted it “sounds more dramatic than it is”.
‘Late night sessions to fix this mom. I pulled a rib – which I think probably sounds more dramatic than it is, but it really hurts. James Health has fixed me up once again,” added the ITV This Morning star.
‘I’ve been seeing James for years and not only is he the kindest soul and unmatched energy… he’s also a bloody genius.’

Although it is not clear exactly what happened to Rochelle, the rib may be misaligned which can cause the muscles around the chest to tighten.
The problem can be quickly resolved with a visit to a chiropractor, but in some people the ribs may become misaligned soon after.
In her Update Story, the former Saturdays singer shared a picture with her 2.2 million followers of medical equipment balancing on her couch after she spent the day celebrating her son’s birthday at London Lego.
“We are ready for you, my boy,” Rochelle said in her Story.
She said: ‘Three years ago today’, along with a flashback, before sharing clips of her daughter holding the then baby when he was first born to her and Marvin.
The couple has three children – Alaia-Mai (10), Valentina (6) and Blake (3).
Rochelle, who is from Barking East London, shared another post: ‘Ten days out – not much has changed in three years apart from the fact he looks like a big man.
The beauty then shared a picture of Blake riding at the airport as she revealed her birthday wish was to ride at the airport.

She then posted a video on her Story of a birthday boy exploring a London Lego store.
“Okay, let’s go get your sisters, little man,” signed Rochelle, with another shot of Blake.
Rochelle also praised her boyfriend on her Instagram. She shared a picture of her Blake face as she went to kiss his head.
The beautiful picture was captioned: “Our baby is 3 years old tomorrow.” So…today we spent the day doing his favorite things with his favorite people! Our little Blake doesn’t like parties in fact, he’s petrified.
