The TV presenter, 34, showed off her toned midriff in a black Alo sports bra and skintight leggings as she posed for a sexy mirror selfie.
Rochelle admitted it was difficult to get to her pilates mat after spending the evening celebrating a friend’s birthday with Lili and her husband Marvin.
During the night out, Rochelle and Lili took a sweet photo together in the bathroom as they dressed for the photo, captioning it, “Forever.”

Meanwhile, Lili, 28, looked equally glamorous in a chic black sleeveless top, which she teamed with trendy patchwork jeans.
It looked to be a fun night out for the group as Rochelle filmed her husband as he entertained the crowd at the event.
However, the family were missing one member – their sister Sophie – who is currently in South Africa in the Love Island villa.
Sophie, 24, is currently linked to Joshua Ritchie, but it looks like a love triangle is in the offing with new arrival Joanna Chimonides.
It comes after Marvin revealed how he and his ‘boss’ wife Rochelle will spice things up on Valentine’s Day after one of his last presents ended up in the bin.
The JLS singer, 38, let his old-school romantic side fully blossom when he ordered a huge bouquet a year ago to be delivered when Rochelle got home.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Marvin admitted that instead of coming home for a big kiss and a job well done, the couple were left ‘devastated’.
A red animal broke the loving gift, shredded it, and was left with a pile of sad dying petals, which ended up in the trash.

Marvin recently revealed how he and his ‘boss’ wife Rochelle will spice things up this Valentine’s Day after one of his presents ended up in the trash (pictured December 2023)
Marvin told MailOnline: ‘I once got her a bouquet of flowers. They were delivered to the front door. We were gone. And when we got home on Valentine’s Day, the flowers were no longer a big bunch. They had been absolutely mauled by some animal. So she came home with no romantic load of rose petals on the bed.
‘It was as if a whole bouquet of flowers had been torn to pieces by some animal. So that was definitely the raised eyebrow and it wasn’t what I had planned for Valentine’s Day, so that wasn’t good.”
‘She was clearly devastated to find her beautiful Valentine’s Day flowers strewn all over the front door. So yeah, they had to go in the trash unfortunately,” he added.
His wife of 11 years didn’t get back to the dream of rose petals on the bed, so this year Marvin, who is teaming up with Ninja to launch their Hinting Service, decided to spice things up and buy her an air fryer.
He revealed that the brunette beauty has been hinting at it for a while, so he’s going all out to upgrade her current one for one with more space and two trays.
The singing sensation said, “Since I got my copy about a year ago I’ve been using it all the time, and the one I have is a Ninja Duel. There are two containers in it, ideal for what I use it for.
‘However, there is a bigger and better version which Rochelle may have hinted she would have preferred a bit more space if she were to get one. So look, she hinted to me about what she wants for Valentine’s Day, so I’m going to buy her an extra large air fryer.
“So that’s romance, right?”
But the former I’m A Celeb contestant explained that this won’t be the first time he’s forgone the typical flowers and chocolates for the special occasion.
Their first Valentine’s Day actually took place in secret before their relationship became official in March 2010.

But he explained that this won’t be the first time he’s forgone the typical flowers and chocolates for the special occasion. Their first Valentine’s Day in March 2010 was a trip to a McDonald’s drive-through (pictured in 2011)
In an attempt to keep their blossoming romance under wraps, DJ explained that he tried to woo the then Saturday singer at a drive-through McDonald’s in Wembley.
Proving that food is also the key to a woman’s heart and that money isn’t everything, he treated Rochelle to a Filet-O-Fish, a Big Mac and an apple pie.
He explained that at the time he thought he would “keep it real” and that he has since spent ten years trying to master the art of the special day.
Since their very first meal in 2010, the two have become quite the power couple, as Rochelle has worked her way to the top and is now Marvin’s manager.
Rochelle launched her own talent agency, The RH Group, last year, representing both her and her husband.
Confirming Marvin’s 2023 signing, the This Morning star wrote on Instagram: “Here’s the thing… no one will ever have his back like I do… Family first… Welcome to @therhgroup @marvinhumes .”
Since she calls herself a “ladies’ woman” and while she may wear the pants in the office, Marvin has opened up about how she keeps the spark alive outside of work.
He said the two do not juggle their work while at home and try to keep the children as a priority unless there is an emergency.
He told MailOnline: ‘Definitely divorced. Roch, you know you founded the Rh group a few years ago, which is doing incredibly well and the plan was always for me to move to the Rh group, and Roch has a great team.
Marvin and Rochelle, who renewed their wedding vows in 2022 to mark 10 years of marriage, share three children, Alaia-Mai, 10, (L) Valentina, six, (R) and Blake, three (M)
‘But of course she’s at the top of the company and involved in all the decisions and meetings and things like that when it comes to my career. Of course, I also have my own input in everything I do’
‘So yes, it really works. And absolutely, our family life and relationship are completely separate from work, and we leave that outside the home,” he added.
“You know, when Roch or I come home from work, it’s all about the family and the kids. And it’s very rare that there’s something super urgent that requires us to discuss work matters while we’re at home. ‘
Marvin and Rochelle renewed their wedding vows in 2022 to mark 10 years of marriage.
The couple – who have three children, Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, three – originally married in July 2012 during a glitzy magazine deal at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
After tying the knot the first time, the couple welcomed three children together, their eldest daughter Alaia-Mai, a year after they got married.
In March 2017, the couple had their second daughter, Valentina Raine, and welcomed their youngest child, a son, Blake, in October 2020.
Rochelle and Marvin started dating at the height of their pop fame in 2010 and moved in together just three months after going public.
The DJ then popped the question by proposing on New Year’s Eve in 2011 on the Caribbean island of Antigua.
