Rochelle Humes was in tears during Wednesday’s episode of This Morning, which featured a heartbreaking performance from nine-year-old Harry Mills.
Harry, better known as Hazza, was on the ITV show to talk about his fundraising campaign for Young Lives vs Cancer after recently being diagnosed with rare bone cancer.
The schoolboy is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and will undergo surgery next week. As his father Andy explained, he was most concerned about losing his hair during the treatment.
In a show of solidarity, Harry’s close friends shaved their heads to match their friend, telling This Morning: ‘We wanted to do it so Harry wouldn’t be alone.’
Mum-of-three Rochelle was in tears as Harry’s friends joined him in the studio and told the boys: ‘Oh my god, you bring me tears of joy’.

Crying, Rochelle told them, “Sorry, it’s just a beautiful story about good friends and we can learn so much from it.”
Viewers watching at home were also emotional with one post on X, formerly known as Twitter:
“He will never be alone.” Those who cut onions had better stop now.
“Harry and his friends have made me all emotional here,” agreed another, while another wrote that “the tears are flowing.”
Harry and his friends have raised over £30,000 in donations, well above their original target of £10,000.
His father explains on the fundraising page he has set up how his son “faces an intense course of chemotherapy and will undergo surgery to remove a tumor on his thigh.”
Harry told This Morning of his diagnosis: ‘It was really scary. I didn’t know what I was going through and what was going on.’
“I felt really nervous and scared every time I went into a room that wasn’t a giant X-ray.”

Rochelle and co-host Craig Doyle told the boys they were contributing to the fundraising total, with Craig asking his co-star: ‘What do you think £500 per shaved head is?’
Rochelle wiped away tears and confirmed ‘why not’ and said they were donating £2,500.
