Robyn Lawley has been outspoken about her dislike of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

“I rolled my eyes massively,” says the 33-year-old in this week’s edition of Stellar Magazine.

She continued: ‘I met girls who were going through [castings for the show], personal friends who were starving; He knew the situation on an internal level. I was getting more angry.

Robyn celebrated the cancellation of the 2019 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after campaigning against the brand.

The mother-of-one launched a global campaign to cancel the show in 2018, after Victoria’s Secret did not include plus-size models on its shows.

“I guess they didn’t use much diversity on their runway,” Robyn wrote on Instagram at the time.

The beauty thanked fans who took the time to sign a petition to cancel the show and fashion rights activist Model Alliance for their support.

Robyn, a former Sports Illustrated model, repeatedly spoke out against the show.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, he said: ‘All my friends who were doing that show were starving.

They didn’t eat and exercised four to five hours a day and are generally not exercisers. I know it inside out and it’s complete nonsense.

It comes after it was revealed that the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is scheduled to return in 2023.

The news was first reported by Retail Dive following the company’s fourth-quarter 2022 earnings last month.

“We will continue to rely on marketing spend to invest in the business, both at the top of the funnel and to support the new version of our fashion show, which will take place later this year,” revealed the CFO. Officer Timothy Johnson.

The annual fashion show was a glamorous tradition dating back to 1995.
