Robert Pattinson fans are baffled after hearing his ‘real voice’, with many claiming he sounds like a cartoon character of a very popular kid.
Comments about the Twilight actor’s accent began flooding social media after a TikTok video of his fiancée Suki Waterhouse hilariously calling him out for ELLE magazine went viral over the weekend.
Suki, 32, who welcomed a baby girl with Robert in March, called the 38-year-old live on camera and teased him by saying she got a job offer to be popular Netflix series Love Is Blind – and even suggested he could do it with her.
“Honey, have you gone crazy?” Robert replied in a rather high-pitched voice, before asking Suki if she was joking as she giggled and said to him, “But don’t you think it would be quite good for us?” It would be great for you.’
Fans couldn’t get over Robert’s “real voice” when he called Suki “love” and one person in particular took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to write: “I’m starting to realize I have no idea what Robert Pattinson sounds like outside a film role, because why does he speak like Peppa Pig.’

One fan took to X and compared the actor to Peppa Pig, and others agreed, claiming his voice has a “playful vibe”
Other people agreed, as one person commented on the post saying: ‘Honestly, now that you said it, I can’t hear it anymore! Robert Pattinson’s real voice really has Peppa Pig energy at times,” while another joked: “Imagine Batman with Peppa’s voice… I’m done with it.”
A fourth person said: ‘Now I can’t hear Robert Pattinson as Peppa Pig anymore, thanks for that,’ and a fifth agreed: ‘Okay wtf??? I can’t undo this now HELPP.’
Someone else admitted: ‘I never realized it but you’re absolutely right… this changes everything,’ and another said: ‘The fact that this comparison makes sense is actually hilarious.’

Other fans were shocked by how British Robert sounded, despite being born and raised in London. However, many are used to him using a different accent in films like The Twilight Franchise and The Batman.
“Why has he never sounded so British?” one TikTok user asked, while another said: “This is me learning that Robert Pattinson is British.”
Other people had a simple explanation for the high pitch of his voice, and it has a lot to do with the way he feels about his daughter’s mother.

There’s no denying that the famous couple is madly in love, as earlier this month they looked smitten while attending the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Will Rogers State Historic Park in California.
Suki has been dating Robert since 2018 and the pair got engaged at the end of last year, before welcoming their daughter in March 2024.
