Robbie Williams has broken his silence on a fan who died after a catastrophic fall during his concert in Sydney last week.
The woman, in her 70s, fell over six rows of seats during the pop star’s performance in Moore Park last Thursday and was left fighting for her life.
St Vincent’s Hospital confirmed that she died on Tuesday afternoon.
During his performance in Melbourne on Wednesday night, the 49-year-old singer ended his concert by sharing his condolences for the woman, who has since been identified as Robyn Hall.
“When something like this happens, it breaks my heart,” he told the crowd.
“I’ve been thinking about it a lot, and I’ve been thinking about it the whole show tonight.”
The former Take That star then gave a ‘shoutout’ to Robyn’s family on behalf of himself and his bandmates.
“She was someone like you who came to the gig, just like you did tonight,” he added.

Williams then performed his final song for the evening, Angels, which he dedicated to the late fan.
It is understood the woman tried to climb over rows of seats during the Sydney show last week before slipping and falling down.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance told Ny Breaking Australia that paramedics were called to the scene at around 10.15pm last Thursday.
“We were called about reports of a woman in her 70s who had fallen,” the spokesperson said.
During his performance in Melbourne on Wednesday night, the 49-year-old singer ended his concert by sharing his condolences for the woman, who has since been identified as Robyn Hall.
“We treated her at the scene for injuries to her face and head and transported her to St. Vincent de Paul Hospital in a critical condition.”
A spokesperson for Venues NSW said stadium staff treated the woman before emergency services arrived.
“The patron was immediately attended to by venue staff and a local guest who is a qualified medical professional,” they said.
“Medicine arrived shortly afterwards and the patron was taken from the venue to hospital by ambulance.”
