Robbie Williams rocks quirky glasses and unruly grey hair as he opts for an all denim ensemble in Amsterdam

Robbie Williams attracted attention when he opted for a fashionable ensemble during an outing in Amsterdam on Thursday.

The singer enters into a collaboration with the Moco Museum in the Dutch city for his first own exhibition, in which he exchanges the microphone for the brush.

Beaming as he left the museum, the Angels hitmaker gave a quirky look in his large, thick, black-rimmed glasses, with his gray locks looking slightly unruly.

Robbie opted for an all-denim look for the day as he wore a blue denim shirt and matching jeans.

Over the top he wore a stylish dark blue and white striped padded waistcoat as he greeted fans outside the venue.

The exhibition The Pride and Self-Prejudice, featuring pieces created by the artist over the years, runs from March 8 to July 8.

Robbie said of the exhibition: ‘I love expressing myself through my art, and over many years it has helped me with some of the challenges I have faced.

‘It is well documented that I have experienced poor mental health at times, and art and humor have been very useful tools for me during these times.

‘I am delighted to be working with Moco Museum and I hope this exhibition will help demonstrate the healing power of art, and perhaps inspire, connect and intrigue those who come to experience it. Rob x’.

It comes after the former Take That member celebrated the big 50 last month.

Robbie was left red-faced after his beloved wife Ayda Field arranged the entire restaurant to sing him ‘Happy Birthday’ during his birthday ski trip.

As the couple flew to the Alps with their family and closest friends, the star was hilariously left in the corner of the aprés-ski bar while a birthday cake was bought and music played.

In the video, Robbie said: ‘It really continues (the music). Thank you thank you. Turn it down, thanks.”

Ayda shared a sweet selfie of her and Robbie posing against the white Alps, showing off the actress’ new ski collection.

Alongside the slew of messages, Ayda wrote: ‘@robbiewilliams Totally embarrassed when the whole restaurant sings ‘Happy Birthday’ to him… but we all think it’s really funny 🙂

‘One day later, ten years older and a lot cooler.. I love my 50 year old AWxx’.

Meanwhile, Robbie celebrated his 50th birthday with a bizarre update as he ‘bigged up’ his astrological sign and thanked his fans.

The singer, who has now come a long way from his days of drugs, booze and sex, said he was ‘very grateful’ for his life but admitted he was ‘not a big fan’ of himself.

In the post shared on Instagram, he thanked his fans for “mystical stage moments” and uploaded an illustration of a birthday card.

Robbie wrote: ‘I love being Aquarius, I don’t like February but there’s something cosmic – something about being born between January 12 and February 19 that makes me feel a little magical. In its purest mystical term.

“And look, I’m not really a fan of every other aspect of myself. Or at least I don’t notice what other people see in me when they are nice. So allow me the folly of increasing my astrological sign.”
