Robbie Williams fans left furious after their premium tickets to Sydney concert are changed to ‘crappy’ seats hours before show

Robbie Williams is currently performing his XXV world tour to packed audiences across Australia, but not everyone is enjoying the show.

Last week a couple who bought expensive tickets to his Sydney show were left furious after discovering they had been moved to the ‘crappy seats’.

Suzie Poullos and her husband bought their premium tickets over a year ago for $200 each to ensure they had an unobstructed view of the stage.

However, upon arriving at the Moore Park concert, Poullos claimed they found plastic chairs pointed “at the ground” with an obstructed view.

‘I was so shocked and annoyed. I specifically chose those chairs and I did that over a year ago,” Poullos said news.com.au.

“I picked those seats because they were at the far end so I could get up and dance if I wanted to.” I wouldn’t want people sitting directly in front of me.’

Poullos was told by the stadium box office that it was a “production issue” and never heard back when he raised the issue with Ticketek and Frontier Touring.

‘If you specifically chose seats a year ago, you wouldn’t expect to get a text on the day of the concert saying, “Sorry, we changed your seats and we’re giving you these on the floor.” she said.

She is pushing for a full or at least partial refund because she believes the seats they received were not worth the $400 they paid for them.

Ny Breaking Australia has contacted Frontier Touring for comment.

Williams is performing his XXV world tour in front of large audiences across Australia, celebrating his 25 years as a solo artist.

The pop star rose to fame in the early 1990s as a member of the popular English boy band Take That.

He left the group in 1995 to pursue his solo career and rejoined them from 2010 to 2014, before leaving again to focus on his solo career.
