Robbie Williams donates the hot pink suit he wore during the AFL Grand Final performance to the McGrath Foundation to raise money for breast cancer
Robbie Williams has donated his infamous hot pink suit to a cancer charity.
The British pop star wore the matching jacket and pants during his electrifying performance at the AFL Grand Final at Melbourne’s MCG in September.
Williams, 48, has given the suit away for auction in the McGrath Foundation’s Pink Test Memorabilia Auction.

Australian cricket great Glenn McGrath is behind the foundation and its annual fundraiser.
The legendary fast bowler is the face of the annual Pink Test played at the SCG each January in honor of his late first wife Jane, who lost her hard-fought battle with breast cancer in 2008.
“Robbie’s performance in the AFL Grand Final captured the nation,” said McGrath. the daily telegraph on Tuesday.

“Robbie’s performance in the AFL Grand Final captured the nation,” McGrath told The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday. “When we saw what he was wearing, we thought it would be the perfect addition to our pink try-on auction.”

McGrath reached out to Williams and said he was “completely blown away when he said yes” to donating the suit.
“We are sure there will be great interest from people across Australia looking to get their hands on such a special piece,” added the cricket legend.
