Robbie Keane ‘will join Sam Allardyce’s coaching staff at Leeds’ as the club’s former striker joins Karl Robinson in their bid to avoid the drop
Former Leeds striker Robbie Keane has agreed to join Sam Allardyce’s backroom ahead of his appointment as manager, according to reports.
Allardyce is on the verge of a sensational return to management at Elland Road after two years out of the game, with the 68-year-old set to replace Javi Gracia following his resignation as Whites boss on Tuesday.
And The times report that Keane, who made 56 appearances in his spell at Leeds, will follow ex-Charlton and MK Dons manager Karl Robinson in joining his coaching team.
