Rob Mills is candid about his colorful sex life in his new autobiography, Putting on a Show.

The former Neighbors star admitted to having had a threesome with drag queen Courtney Act and another woman, in addition to flirting with some of his gay friends.

Rob and Courtney both rose to fame during the first season of Australian Idol in 2003, eventually falling into bed together after recording a show one night.

“We had an amazing booze-fuelled threesome with a woman,” he wrote in an excerpt from the book, which was published by the Herald Sun.

After going to a gay club together, the trio ended up back at Courtney’s house.

‘Courtney, me and a woman; I’ll call her Sam. And we had a bit of an orgy,” he continued.

Courtney and Sam had sex, Sam and I had sex, Courtney and I had sex. A lot happened.’

Rob didn’t stop there, admitting that he continued to explore his sexuality over the years following his eye-opening bisexual threesome.

“There were times after that when I flirted with gay friends and sometimes with strangers under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” he confessed.

One of Rob’s most famous affairs is with Paris Hilton, whom he slept with in 2003 when she was in Australia.

He claimed he kept in touch with Paris for a year after their brief romance while performing on 2Day FM’s Rove And Sam.

“We did it for about a year and then it was done. We caught up the next time she was (in Australia),” he said.

They first met at an event at the Sydney Opera House before attending an after party hosted by Osher Günsberg.

They then spent the night at the Paris hotel before meeting again shortly after the Melbourne Cup.

“We pretty much did everything except (sex) and a week later we were catching up with the races,” he told The Sydney Morning Herald.

Rob’s autobiography Putting On a Show was released nationwide on October 11.
