Lucy Hale and John Owen Lowe were spotted together in Los Angeles this week, fueling rumors of a romance.
The 35-year-old Pretty Little Liars alum and the 28-year-old son of former child star Rob Lowe enjoyed a lunch date at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood.
Lucy wore a white crop top, which showed off a bit of her toned stomach, and a matching zip-up hoodie.
She wore a pair of high-waisted black sweatpants and accessorized with a pair of black double-strap sandals.
It’s been almost two months since Lowe denied the two were romantically involved.

The actress wore her dark bob haircut straight and in a center parting.
She shielded her eyes from the Southern California sun with round, dark sunglasses.
John also wore a casual gray, crew neck ‘Fallon’ sweater and black sports shorts.
He wore a white trucker cap with a navy blue trucker cap over his brown hair.
His comfortable look was completed with a pair of white sneakers and he carried a bottle of water.
In late July, John put an end to any relationship rumors after he and Lucy were spotted in Studio City.
Hale has not publicly commented on the speculation, but Lowe was asked about it during an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live.
A fan called in to ask if Lowe was “more than just friends” with Hale, to which he responded indirectly.

“Oh my God. I think you could go to Erewhon with someone and have your picture taken and things could be taken out of context. That’s all I’ll say about it,” Lowe said.
Since then, he’s been spotted in LA with Mad Men alum Kiernan Shipka, 24.
Speculation about a date dates back to April, when Lowe celebrated six years of sobriety with an Instagram post.
“Today marks six years since I took my last drink of alcohol. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, reach out. Ask for help. I did and it changed my life,” Lowe said in the caption.
Lucy reported in the comments that she had been sober for two years in January.
“This is amazing. You are amazing. A radiant and shining human being,” she wrote, adding a black heart emoji.
