Rita Ora wows in FOUR show-stopping looks as she co-hosts Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2025

Rita Ora turned heads when she donned four different ensembles during her co-hosting performance for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2025 with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday in New York.

The Let You Love Me singer, 34 – who recently wowed when she attended the pre-show event on New Year’s Eve – changed up her look throughout the big day as she hosted the festivities for a second time.

Seacrest notably celebrated his 20th anniversary as host of the countdown special – which he first started in 2005.

Ora got the chance to show off her personal sense of style in her first outfit as she arrived in Times Square hours before the ball dropped.

The British-born star wore fitted brown leather trousers and a black turtleneck.

Rita additionally wore a black jacket with a fluffy leopard trim and a hood placed on her head.

She completed the look with a pair of chunky earrings and fashionable shades.

As a finishing touch, the artist donned a pair of brown heeled boots to match the color scheme of the ensemble.

Ora could be seen posing in the middle of the street, which was partially obscured by the lights of Times Square in the background.

For her second look, the beauty made a statement by wearing pink tweed pants and a pink and white colored sweater.

A strip of fabric from the warm sweater fell down the left side and she also put on a pair of burgundy platform boots.

The ensemble’s hood hid her hair, but Ora also opted for white-rimmed sunglasses.

Before stepping in front of the cameras alongside Seacrest for the countdown show, Rita was seen flashing a bright smile as she strolled down a busy sidewalk.

The For You singer wore a chic white coat that fell to her ankles and featured large floral embellishments on the shoulder and sleeve.

She also opted for a pair of knee-high boots with white heels and white gloves to keep her warm in the cold weather.

Ora further accessorized the third outfit with silver earrings and colorful rings on her left hand.

The star’s long locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in elegant waves.

Her makeup was done classically and consisted of a coat of mascara on her eyelashes and a light shadow around her eyes.

A light pink blush was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a nude shade was applied to her lips for the finishing touch.

Rita was quickly spotted among the waiting crowds in Times Square as she began her co-hosting duties.

She also joined Seacrest at one point and the pair smiled brightly as they had a light-hearted conversation together.

Ora worked double duty on Tuesday and also got the chance to take the stage for a memorable performance.

The beauty stunned in a striking blue ensemble for her fourth and final look of the night as she belted out the lyrics to the live audience.

She wore a blue button-front bodysuit and matching tights.

The star also wore a wrap skirt with material on the right side that fell to the floor, easily revealing a pair of knee-high black boots.

Rita added a blue tie that added a preppy touch, as well as silver chain embellishments in the belt loops on the right side of the fashionable skirt.

To complete the third look, Ora opted for silver hoop earrings and statement silver rings on each of her hands.

She was seen making her way to the stage after a quick outfit change, and later performed her 2024 song Ask & You Shall Receiver.

Before hosting the event, Rita reflected on hosting a live television event during a recent interview Variety.

‘Live TV is absolutely amazing. I prefer live TV to pre-recorded because I love that it’s timely and that it gives the adrenaline. I function really well under pressure.’

‘And then the performances are just always magical; seeing people doing their thing in action. “I’m a big live performance person and I’ll be performing this year too, which I’m actually really nervous about,” she said.

As to whether she would perform with Seacrest again in the future, the singer replied, “If they asked me, if he wants me back.”

“When he wanted me back this year, I was like, ‘Absolutely.’ I mean, I flew all the way from New Zealand. But I’ll do anything for Ryan. And this show is so much fun and I’m really happy to be here.”

While you’re talking to People shortly before New Year’s Eve, both she and Ryan also discussed organizing the party.

“I’m grateful to be here,” the singer told the outlet. ‘I love Ryan. It’s great that he’s just there with me and gives me that feeling of confidence.’

Rita also opened up about taking the stage, saying, “I’m so excited that they asked me to perform. It’s a big deal, and there are so many great artists.’

Other music artists who performed during the New Year’s Eve countdown included TLC, The Jonas Brothers, Kesha, and also Tinashe.

Seacrest and Ora then joked that they would “both” kiss her husband Taika Waititi if the ball dropped.
