Rita Ora showcases her chiselled abs in a tiny black bralette and eye-catching fluffy coat as she leaves her hotel in NYC ahead of the Met Gala

Rita Ora showed off her impressively toned figure on Monday as she left the Greenwich Hotel ahead of the annual Met Gala.

The 33-year-old singer stepped out in a tiny black bralette, which put her cleavage and sculpted midriff on full display.

She paired it with a pair of skin-tight black leggings that hung around her long legs, while she enhanced her height with matching high heels.

Making sure all eyes were on her, Rita donned a striking fluffy coat, with vibrant orange, purple and black stripes.

The You Only Love Me hitmaker carried a black leather bag and completed her look with bizarrely shaped sunglasses.

Rita beamed as she left her hotel and looked excited for the Met Gala, which takes place on Monday evening.

This year’s fashion event is hosted by Zendaya, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth and Jennifer Lopez, with the clothing theme Garden Of Time.

The famous attendees will pull out all the stops with their outfits on the red carpet.

Rita was spotted leaving her latest fitting on Sunday, showing off her legs in a pair of white underwear under an open blue tartan coat.

Her husband Taika Waititi is joining her on this trip to New York and the couple was spotted having lunch together on Friday.

It comes as Rita continues to sunbathe in the success of her new hairline Typebea which she launched in Sydney last month.

She followed in Beyoncé’s footsteps and launched her own hair brand together with Australian hair expert Anna Lahey.

Typebea products include a shampoo and conditioner, as well as an overnight boosting peptide and hydra-gloss treatment.

She paired it with figure-hugging black leggings that clung to her long legs, while she enhanced her height with matching high heels.

Rita announced the brand in April, revealing it was three years in the making.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘I’m so excited to finally announce my huge passion, @TYPEBEA, high-quality hair care for all hair types that I created together with @anna.lahey.

‘The relationship we have with our hair is so personal. For me it is a big part of my identity, creativity and self-confidence. Throughout my career, I’ve had almost every hair color and style.

‘My hair has been bleached, I’ve had extensions, I’ve cut it short. But now I can say that my hair is the healthiest it has ever been. I can’t wait to share this with you!’

It comes shortly after Beyoncé launched her own brand, Cécred, in February in honor of her hairdresser mother Tina.
