Rita Ora reveals she’s “undergoing therapy after she lost a part of herself” during years of partying, as the singer details her personal life on forthcoming album You And I
Rita Ora will share a candid insight into herself with fans on her new album You and I, due out July 14.
The singer, 32, admits to ‘losing a part of herself’ during her younger party years and rising to the top The sun reports.
Rita, who is now happily married to 47-year-old filmmaker Taika Waititi, also sings about her lost loves, having previously dated Calvin Harris and Kim Kardashian’s younger brother Robert.
The publication writes that on album track Look At Me Now she refers to herself as “burnt” and “went to hell.”
On Girl In The Mirror, Rita sings, “I’m sorry, I love you, it’s just that she knows how I feel.” Went through therapy just to get this level of healing.”

Elsewhere on the album, the hitmaker seemingly references her feuds with former record executive Jay-Z and ex Calvin who she reportedly fought to maintain control of her music.
To sing: “Now I wonder why I lost a part of myself, trying so hard to please just heard my echo, now i’m trying to let go.’
In 2020, party animal Rita Ora was accused of violating then-lockdown laws by allegedly hosting a lavish 30th birthday celebration.
Thirty people were said to have attended Saturday’s secret bash at a restaurant called Casa Cruz in west London – it was named after Chilean-born Juan Santa Cruz, who stepped down as restaurateur in February.
The singer is said to have invited 30 friends to the restaurant in Notting Hill, west London, to mark the occasion with the group partying ‘until the early hours’.
On photos obtained by The sunCara and Poppy Delevingne as well as TOWIE star Vas Morgan and Rita’s sister Elen can be seen at the location.
During the night, police officers were pictured outside the eatery peering through windows and attempting to open a metal door.
It comes after Rita revealed that she loves Australia so much that she decided to launch her first album since 2018 in Sydney.

The superstar has become a staple of Sydney’s social scene since joining The Voice Australia as a judge in 2021.
Speak against The Daily Telegraph at the launch of her You & I album this week, Rita said she has always felt so welcome by Australians.
“I’m very happy to be celebrating my album in Australia where I feel so welcomed, loved and supported,” she said.
She added, “I just hope that everyone enjoys the album and feels really connected to it and that it inspires someone who needs it.”

The Hot Right Now hitmaker launched her new record Thursday night at an intimate event at the Angel Hotel’s J&M cocktail bar, which she attended with her Hollywood filmmaker husband Taika.
The pair were all smiles as they entered the venue arm in arm looking every inch like the power couple of the night.
Speaking of her new album, Rita likened it to a “diary,” suggesting it would be her most personal gift to fans to date, as she named it after her husband.
She said, “This album really means a lot to me. It’s like my diary of the past few years. It’s my sound and it just feels so true to me and who I am now.’
