Tom Brady was spotted leaving the gym on Thursday with the adorable family dog ’Fluffy’ in his arms after finishing his workout.
Brady, who recently hinted at a possible NFL comeback, showed off his muscular arms while holding Fluffy, the dog he and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen rescued in 2016.
The 47-year-old also walked an unknown brown pit bull mix, who resembled the couple’s longtime dog, Lua (who sadly passed away in 2023), on a leash as he left the gym.
Tom and Gisele mourned the passing of Lua, a year after their high-profile divorce. Children Benjamin and Vivian were also left heartbroken after the loss of their beloved dog.

Brady remains in good shape, nearly 18 months after his NFL retirement. In a recent YouTube vlog, he joked, “I will say… not to brag about myself, but I’m a great athlete.”
In 2019, he also shared his secret to staying in shape, never using heavy weights.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner instead said Men’s Health that he focuses on increasing the ‘flexibility’ of the muscles, with an emphasis on muscle length and ease of movement, rather than on achieving a maximal bench press.
He said in his last gym vlog, “We were just training to see who could lift more and be the biggest meatstick. I think the most I ever did was 225 [pounds] for eight or nine [reps].
“I always thought that if you can lift your body weight 10 times, that’s a great goal.”
While Brady is preparing to resume his career as a television host with Fox Sports, he has hinted at a possible return to the NFL several times in recent months.

And this week he was even spotted practicing with receivers while filming a commercial for athletics company Nobull.
In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Brady is seen throwing a ball onto the field in Miami for the first time for the ad, and later talks about his recent Super Bowl dream.
The dream was to be able to broadcast instead of play, but now that he’s entering his $375 million contract with Fox, he’s ready to get started.
“I had a really crazy dream last night,” Brady says in the video. “The Super Bowl was coming up and I had to do one more game, and Fox had it. And they called me up and said, ‘Hey man, you’re doing the Super Bowl.’ And it was that day.
‘I thought, “That’s kind of f****ng weird. The Chiefs are in it and I know the Chiefs, and the 49ers are in it and I know them… so I could probably do it.”

Brady made his Fox debut during the UFL championship game in June and will cover an NFL game for the first time when the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns face off on Sunday, Sept. 8.
The NFL icon signed a 10-year, $375 million contract with the network earlier this year.
