Riley talked about when she started filming Daisy Jones & the Six after she lost her brother Benjamin and was ill.
“I have Lyme disease and the sickest I’ve ever been was probably the year we filmed Daisy Jones,” she said.
“And I had also lost my brother, so emotionally and physically I felt totally overwhelmed. [The disease] makes basic things like getting out of bed and walking a challenge.”
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis Presley and wife Priscilla, died of cardiac arrest at age 54 on Thursday, January 12 — two days after her appearance at the Golden Globes.
Lisa Marie was a mother of four: daughter Riley and son Benjamin with ex-husband Danny Keough, twin daughters Finley Aaron Love Lockwood and Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood, 14, with ex-husband Michael Lockwood.
Benjamin Keough died at the age of 27 by suicide on July 12, 2020 – what would have been his 28th birthday.
After his passing, Lisa Marie wrote: ‘My beautiful angel, I worshiped the ground you walked on, on this earth and now in heaven. My heart and soul went with you. The depth of the pain is suffocating and bottomless without you every moment of the day.’

Elvis, and his parents Vernon and Gladys are also buried in the garden.
In the interview, Riley revealed that she never played guitar or sang in public – despite her family’s rock star heritage.
“It’s funny, and a lot of the response I get when I say I’ve never sung or played instruments is that people get really confused by that,” she said.
‘But it’s the truth. For some reason I never picked up a guitar and sang until the show.”
The actress revealed that they filmed the final concert in Spring 2021 in New Orleans.
“We had practiced doing the live performances and then we just had five months of acting,” she told the magazine.
“We were like, ‘We want to perform now!’ When I watch the performances I feel happy because we all felt wild.’
Adding: ‘Performing was very real and we didn’t have to fake the fun. We had the best time every time and there was a real sense of freedom, even though it was probably four or five in the morning.”
