Riley Keough showed off her rock star persona in the trailer for Daisy Jones & The Six released on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old actress, who paid an emotional tribute to mother Lisa Marie after her tragic passing, is the leader of the fictional gang in the highly anticipated Amazon Prime Video miniseries.
Elvis’ granddaughter channeled the music icon as lead singer Daisy Jones for the minute-and-a-half-long clip and even showed off some of her singing talent.

The 10-episode series also stars Suki Waterhouse as Karen Sirko and Sam Clafin as Billy Dunne, both members of the band along with Camila Morrone, who plays Billy’s wife, Camila Dunne.
The miniseries is based on Taylor Jenkins Reid’s 2019 best-selling novel of the same name, as it follows the 1970s rock band fronted by Daisy and Billy.

Daisy Jones & The Six will stream on Amazon Prime Video starting March 3.
The clip’s release came just a day after Riley said a heartbreaking goodbye to her late mother Lisa Marie Presley on Tuesday afternoon when she shared a photo of the last time they were together before her mother’s shocking death at 54. years.

The 33-year-old actress was pictured sitting with her mother at a restaurant as they flashed sweet smiles for the camera, which she described as “the last time I saw my beautiful mommy.”
He did not specify how long the photo was taken before the tragic death of Lisa Marie on January 12, after she went into cardiac arrest at home and had to be rushed to a hospital after CPR was performed.
The sweet snap was also shared after Riley revealed that Lisa Marie had become a grandmother shortly before her death, as she and her husband Ben Smith-Peterson had welcomed their first child, a girl, shortly before his death.

Riley’s post was a way of saying goodbye to her late mother after she was too overcome with emotion to deliver the speech she had prepared for Lisa Marie’s memorial service on Sunday.
