The 35-year-old mother-to-be – who will star in the upcoming The Smurfs Movie – is now followed by 108.3 million fans on the app.
And right behind her, the 38-year-old American Idol judge has 108.1 million.
The Bajan resident count was bumped on April 11, according to Just shockedusing a viral post featuring Easter photos of her adorable 11-month-old son.
Rihanna, whose partner is rapper A$VP Rocky, hasn’t tweeted since that day.

She shared a series of glamorous photos and wrote, “Tonight I’m celebrating one of my favorite comedians of all time… it’s Carol Burnett’s 90th birthday and I’m singing a very special song!”
The California Gurls hitmaker added, “Watch TONIGHT 8/7c on NBC and streaming on Peacock #CarolBurnett90.”
Katy originally joined the social media platform in February 2009, and Rihanna followed suit in October.
Lady Gaga is the tenth most followed on Twitter, and the user with the most followers is none other than owner Elon Musk.
Also countries on the list are Donald Trump, Taylor Swift, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and Barack Obama.
Rihanna and Katy have been friends for years and their close relationship dates back to 2009.
Last May, Katy – born Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson – congratulated her friend on the birth of her first child.

When asked by E! News if she had any advice for the Umbrella hitmaker on navigating motherhood, the Firework singer encouraged her boyfriend to “get all into it.”
“I’m so happy for her and congratulations,” the 13-time Grammy nominee said on the red carpet of season 20 of American Idol.
“I know this time is so precious and it’s just a wonderful, fun time.”
When it came to Rihanna’s 2023 Super Bowl halftime show, Perry was also completely behind her fellow superstar.
While appearing on YouTube from LADbible TV channel last November, ahead of the highly publicized event, she said her halftime show performance would be “absolutely broken by Rihanna” before adding that she hoped it would.
Rihanna made a surprise appearance at CinemaCon Day Four in Las Vegas on Thursday to announce that she will voice Smurfette in Paramount’s The Smurfs Movie.
The Lift Me Up singer walked onto the stage at Caesar’s Palace in a stonewash, hooded denim dress and matching thigh-high boots.
After the Grammy winner revealed she will be lending her voice to the character of Smurfette in the live-action movie, she joked, “I tried to get the part of Papa Smurf but it didn’t work out.”

The upcoming film will hit theaters in February 2025.
The star, who confirmed at the event that she was in the third trimester of her second pregnancy, was also joined by Paramount Animation head Ramsey Naito.
According to Variety, the upcoming film will focus on a “central” theme and the question, “What is a Smurf?”
