Rihanna dances up on baby daddy A$AP Rocky as she throws him a lavish 35th birthday bash on a boat… days after ex Drake dissed her on new album

Rihanna was seen gently dancing on boyfriend A$AP Rocky as she threw him an unforgettable 35th birthday party on a lavish boat in new videos she shared on Instagram on Sunday.

The Diamonds hitmaker, 35 – who was dumped by ex Drake on his new album – was snapped by partygoer Erica as she partied with the rapper at his birthday bash.

In one clip shared with her own stories, Rihanna and the “Am I Dreaming” hitmaker stood close together as they were surrounded by other close friends and guests on board the night.

The dark space was illuminated with green lights, and behind the stars was a spacious bar. Confetti covered the ground as the singer lovingly wrapped her arms around Rocky’s waist.

His left arm was draped over her shoulders as more confetti was thrown in their direction.

In the next video, music was blasting loudly in the background and the rapper could be seen grooving to the tune as guests cheered him on.

He pointed a finger at someone nearby and the camera then panned to Rihanna who was on the other side of the dance floor showing off her moves.

She began dancing to A$AP’s Rocky and the singer fell into an embrace with her partner as the crowd surrounded the pair.

Another clip showed a fun ‘dance’ between the rapper and some of his friends and Rihanna as well as her friends.

In addition to capturing the sweet moments between the two stars, Erica also captured some of the decorations for the celebration, such as a large sticker on the floor that read, ‘A$AP Rocky’s 35th!’

One room on the ship was decorated with silver and white balloons and had a photo station. Also shown was a white cake that looked like a shell and was filled with edible pearls.

In the text added at the bottom of the reel, the guest wrote: “You did it Sis @badgirlriri Every detail on this boat was spot on.”

Earlier on Friday, Rihanna and Rocky were spotted leaving their hotel in New York City, with the singer wearing a busty white cropped top as well as a pair of high-waisted jeans.

She layered the stylish ensemble with a denim jacket, which she opted to leave unbuttoned to help keep her warm in the cooler nighttime temperatures.

The Love On The Brain singer slipped into black heels and threw on a pair of black shades, as well as sparkling jewelery to complete her look.

A$AP was also dressed to impress in a baggy yellow suit and added a plain white shirt underneath. He also donned a pair of shades and carried a woven bag slung over his shoulder.

Their stylish outfits were also the same pieces of clothing the stars were seen in the birthday party clips.

The celebration took place shortly after it emerged that Drake had repeatedly hit out at his ex Rihanna in scathing lyrics to his recently released song Fear Of Heights.

The pop stars were dogged by occasional dating rumors from 2009 to 2018, and since their last split, there has been speculation that Drake hasn’t been able to get over her.

In his new song, however, Drake, 36, insisted he had moved on, quipping: “Why does that sound like I’m still into you? It could never be.’

He added, “Gyal can’t ruin me,” which turns out to be a sly reference to Rihanna’s accent from her native Barbados.

As the song went on, he said that “sex was average with you” and even seemed to take aim at her current relationship with A$AP Rocky.

Better him than me, better not me,” Drake raps. “Yes, that man, he is still with you. He can’t leave you. Everyone go on vacation, I bet it’s the Antilles.’

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have actually vacationed in the Lesser Antilles more than once, taking several couples’ trips to Barbados.

Since then, the couple have welcomed two children together, which may explain Drake’s statement that A$AP Rocky ‘can’t leave her.’ The pair share RZA, one, as well as Riot, who was born a few months earlier in August.

Elsewhere on Fear Of Heights, Drake said, “I’m against it, I’m against it,” possibly in reference to Rihanna’s latest album, Anti, which came out in 2016.

After a barrage of bile towards his ex, who is unnamed in the verse, he insists: ‘And I’ve had a lot worse whores than you, TBH.’

Drake and Rihanna were first spotted locking lips in 2009, shortly after her split from Chris Brown, who brutally beat her to the point that she had to be hospitalized.

Rihanna eventually briefly reunited with Chris and publicly claimed that she and Drake were just friends.

Wounded Drake reflected on The New York Times 2010: “I was a pawn.” You know what she did to me? She did exactly what I have done with many women in my life, which is show them quality time and then disappear. I thought, “Wow, this is terrible.”

Over the next few years, he took a flowery tone in his public statements about Rihanna, describing her as his ‘ultimate fantasy’ Rolling Stone in 2014.

While presenting her with an MTV Video Music Award in 2016, he rhapsodized about Rihanna being “someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22.”

Later that year, the two got matching shark tattoos, reinforcing the public perception that their relationship was more than platonic.

However, by May 2018, their equation had cooled to the point that Rihanna told Vogue, “We’re not friends now, but we’re not enemies either.”

Rihanna’s choreographer, Parris Goebel, appeared to defend the singer by sharing a video of Drake leaning in to kiss Rihanna at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. At that point, the singer pulled away and said something to the rapper that wasn’t picked up by the crowd.

His rousing new track Fear Of Heights, reportedly about Rihanna, is from his recently released eighth studio album For All The Dogs – out on Friday.
