Pearsall was joined on the field by Sgt. Joelle Harrell and Dr. Lucy Kornblith, who presented them with a signed jersey midway through the first quarter.
Pearsall was present on the sideline during the game against the New York Jets in street clothes and showed no visible signs of injury from the shooting, nine days after it occurred.
The rookie draft pick in the first round suffered a gunshot wound to the chest during the fight and is in serious but stable condition.
Pearsall was reportedly attacked over his Rolex watch. The 23-year-old Arizona native was just a week away from his first NFL game, though his status for tonight’s game has already been clouded by a shoulder injury.

DailyMail.com has learned that the teenager accused of shooting San Francisco 49ers player Ricky Pearsall in the chest last week had a gun with him at his high school the week before.
A police report from the 17-year-old’s hometown of Tracy, California, shows the earlier incident occurred on Tuesday, August 21, at Stein High School, an alternative school for students who have experienced problems within the district’s general population.
Police have opened a case into the incident and the student has been disciplined by the school, sources told DailyMail.com.
However, the student’s name and details were blacked out in the heavily redacted police report, police said, because he was a minor. The school district also declined to discuss the incident, referring all questions to the San Francisco Police Department.
