Rickie Fowler angrily pointed and yelled at a golf fan Saturday after they interrupted him as he teed off at the Players Championship.
Fowler, a PGA Tour veteran, teed off on the 16th hole at TPC Sawgrass during his penultimate round of the tournament.
There was a disturbance on the tee box before Fowler had even put his ball down.
Fowler’s caddie, Ricky Romano, can be heard telling a fan to “keep the camera steady and the phones on silent.”
But when Fowler hit his tee shot, something clearly upset him as he took a hand off the club after hitting the ball and didn’t complete his follow-through.
Fowler then pointed straight at the fan and shouted, “YOU! What are you doing?’
He later clarified that it was the sound of their camera shutter that disrupted his swing.
