Ricki Lake’s house burning down in LA fire was seemingly predicted by psychic Tyler Henry

Ricki Lake has discovered the moment psychic Tyler Henry predicted her house would burn down.

The 56-year-old former talk show host lost her Pacific Palisades home, like many other public figures, during the raging Los Angeles wildfires this week.

On Thursday, she revealed that her sprawling residence was destroyed in the inferno despite her best efforts to save it.

And on Saturday, she appeared on Instagram to share a highlight from an October 2024 episode of Live From The Other Side With Tyler Henry, in which the outlet warned of the coming destruction.

“The amazing @tylerhenrymedium called it! Less than three months ago on October 15, 2024, Ross and I were on Tyler’s show and guys, he SAW the fire,” she wrote in a caption, referring to husband Ross Burningham.

She encouraged her 450,000 followers to watch the full episode for themselves, adding: ‘The show is on @Netflix. I urge you to look into it.”

The note continued: “Omg. I pray for all those affected by this ongoing nightmare, including my new friend, @tylerhenrymedium and @rachaelharris, whose homes I hear may be in danger.”

In the outtake, Tyler said, “If there are material objects lost to fire and water, that’s a weird distinction — they’re two separate things…”

“So we’ll eventually find out that there’s a story where, like, there was a house fire or something like that,” he continued.

He added, “There’s just something about seeing water seep into a place where it shouldn’t and damage things.”

Ricki appeared stunned in the footage, at one point dropping her jaw as her husband sat next to her with his arm around her shoulder.

In a post shared online earlier this week, the media personality referred to herself as a “survivor.”

She shared a selfie with a solemn expression and wrote, “If I’m anything at all, I’m a survivor.”

Lake said she saw “early signs of smoke in Temescal Canyon” at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday, prompting her and Burningham to set up a fire protection system, including sprinklers.

At 4:10 p.m., Lake said Burningham used a hose to put out a fire in a palm tree on their neighbor’s property.

Lake and her husband were married at the home three years ago in January 2022.

She said she and Ross weighed the risk of trying to save the house against their physical safety amid the windy overnight fires.

“We finally gave up our efforts and left our house at 8:02 p.m.,” she said, adding that they are “thankful that we came out alive and unscathed.”

She added: ‘If we had stayed there is no doubt we would not have survived.’

The star also posted nighttime dashcam footage of her exit through the winding roads of Malibu that night.

Lake said she was “praying” for other local residents and their homes amid the devastation caused by the fires.

“I think I just said goodbye to my house,” she said in a chilling moment.

The devastation in Southern California occurred Tuesday morning when a combination of heavy winds and lack of rain created the perfect conditions for a wildfire.

The flames spread quickly and by Friday evening the Palisades fire alone had scorched 21,317 hectares of land, with firefighters still working day and night to control the flames there and at other locations in the sprawling city.

The Pacific Palisades has been home to celebrities including Reese Witherspoon, Anna Farris, Tyra Banks and many more.

Paris Hilton lost her Malibu mansion in the fire and launched a relief fund, starting with a $100,000 donation to other victims.

Along with her generous contribution, the heiress revealed that she will “match additional dollars raised up to an additional $100,000” and said she plans to volunteer on-site this weekend.
