Rick Scott suggests Biden is ‘committed’ to Beijing

Rick Scott suggests that Biden is “compromised” by Beijing and urges Americans to stop buying from China because it is funding his increasingly aggressive behavior.

  • Florida Senator Rick Scott alleged that China could “compromise” Biden because he continues to “pacify” the communist nation.
  • Hunter Biden’s alleged business ties to China are further highlighting how the president handles Beijing.
  • Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine and wants to facilitate peace talks to help end the war.

Rick Scott criticized Joe Biden for ‘pacifying’ China, claiming the president could be ‘compromised’ by the communist nation trying to ‘defeat our way of life’.

The claims come amid further aggression from China and worsening relations between Washington and Beijing, as US lawmakers continue to support Taiwan autonomy from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

China also recently called for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine and wants to ease peace talks as the war between the two nations enters its second year.

Scott, a Republican senator from Florida, says it’s time for the US to take a stand against China, demanding that the US stop buying from the CCP because it is helping finance its rise as a global superpower.

“All Biden does is pacify China,” Scott alleged during a Cats Roundtable interview Sunday morning with host John Catsimatidis. I don’t know why he does this.

“I don’t know if he’s engaged,” Scott added of the president. “I don’t know what he is, but this is a guy who won’t take on dictators all over the world.”

Florida Senator Rick Scott has alleged that President Joe Biden could be “compromised” by China because he continues to “pacify” the communist nation.

Many have called on President Biden to be tougher on China, especially after the US shot down a spy balloon from Beijing earlier this month.

Biden’s son Hunter has business ties to China, further highlighting how the president handles the increasingly aggressive Asian nation.

At the time Biden was still vice president, Hunter was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to act as a “consultant” to help “open doors” by introducing businessmen with ties to Beijing to political leaders around the world, said Republican Congressman James Comer. he claimed in a letter last week.

Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight committee, is investigating the Hunter and Biden families’ ties to the CCP.

‘The Chinese government [and] the Russian government has decided not to be our rivals, but our enemies,’ he explained.

Scott demanded: “We have to stop buying anything, anything, anything made in communist China or made in Russia.”

“No American company should do any business, any business, in communist China or Russia. None!’ he insisted. “Every time you buy a Chinese product, or buy an app, or use TikTok, the Chinese government makes money from it.”

“Money is always flowing to the Chinese government,” Scott explained. “What they’re going to do with that money is they’re going to continue to build an army to defeat us and defeat our way of life.”

Scott’s allegations come as Beijing becomes increasingly aggressive, holding a series of military exercises in the South China Sea.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine and wants to facilitate peace talks to help end the war between the two countries. The US has dismissed this as “one-sided” diplomacy.

Republicans and national security hawks have been calling on the Biden administration to impose tougher sanctions on China after the United States revealed its surveillance scheme earlier this month when a spy balloon was shot down from the sky.

China has flown these vehicles, which Beijing claims was just a stray weather balloon, in more than 40 countries.

The United States shot down a balloon over the ocean off the East Coast earlier this month and found technology used to collect data and monitor US military operations.
