Richie Strahan shocked fans when he unveiled a striking new look on Friday.
The former Bachelor star and rope access technician, 38, wore very long hair and longer facial hair while working at a workplace.
Richie changed suit and tie for work clothes and stood in front of a large machine.
The formerly clean-cut reality TV beau was decked out in a striking yellow work shirt and blue overalls.
His once short and well-groomed hair is now high and appears lighter.

To complete the “hard yakka” look, Richie had a giant wrench on his shoulder and goggles over his eyes, while giving a thumbs up.
In the caption, Richie wrote, “I didn’t win the 100 million lottery jackpot…but I found a big screwdriver!” making a joke by misnaming the huge tool.
One commenter commented “that’s the strangest screwdriver.”
Richie continued the piece and replied ‘it’s a right-hander.’

Richie fell in love with Alex Nation on The Bachelor in 2016, only to have a devastating breakup months later.
The pair came face to face on Bachelor in Paradise in 2019.
