A desperate manhunt is underway for the Porsche driver at the center of a Melbourne highway crash that led to the deaths of four police officers three years ago.
Richard Pusey, 45, is wanted on two outstanding warrants for violation of a court order.
Pusey, who uses they/their pronouns, is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 190cm tall and with short brown hair
They are also known to make changes to his appearance, police said.

Pusey is known to travel around Victoria by both car and public transport.
Investigators released two images of Pusey on Friday in hopes someone can provide information about their current whereabouts.
Pusey previously spent time behind bars for sending harrowing photos of four dying police officers killed in a horror crash on the Eastern Freeway in 2020.
They were jailed for 10 months last December, but were released days later because they had already served a prison sentence.
