The Type Of Way music artist died at his home in Atlanta, leaving his family “shattered and heartbroken.”

According to a report from the Fulton County Medical Examiner in Georgia, per TMZthe star died of an accidental overdose with a mix of several drugs in his system, including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine.

THC (cannabis) was also found in his system, but the other substances had caused his shock death.

The report found no signs of trauma on his body – and his death was officially ruled an accident.

Shortly after his death, Rich Homie Quan’s final moments were revealed during a panicked 911 call from his girlfriend.

Amber Williams, who has two sons with the rapper, said the rapper wasn’t breathing, had no pulse and started foaming at the mouth when she turned him over, according to audio obtained by TMZ.

The musician – whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar – had been sleeping on the living room couch since the night before and had never come to bed, according to Williams.

Williams thought he was still asleep from the night before and said she put a blanket over her boyfriend before taking her son to school.

‘Now I checked on him again, because he never got up. “I can’t feel a heartbeat, I can’t see him breathing,” she said.

Dispatch had trouble hearing her, but when Williams confirmed Lamar wasn’t breathing, she sent paramedics in the right direction.

The dispatcher then tries to coach Williams by giving Lamar CPR and asking her to lay him on his back on the ground.

“He won’t wake up!” Williams said sadly.

Lamar was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind his girlfriend and his four children.

His family told him TMZ they are “shattered and heartbroken” by the sudden loss, just a month before his 35th birthday.

In a few weeks, he would be performing in his hometown in Nick Cannon’s Wild N’ Out, alongside Wacka Flocka and Nardo Wick, among others.

A representative from the Fulton County Mortuary also confirmed the news of his death at the time of his death last month – while online rumors of a drug overdose had been fueled by other musicians.

Fellow rapper Playboi Carti was among those who led tributes to the late star, posting several clips of him to his Instagram stories.

Lamar charted in 2013 with his single Type of Way, which charted at 50 on the Billboard Top 100 at its peak. He followed it up with Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh) and Ride Out.’

He gained further fame as part of the group Rich Gang, alongside Atlanta rapper Young Thug, as part of a Cash Money Records project.

Lamar was scheduled to testify in the trial of his former bandmate Young Thug, real name Jeffrey Lamar Williams, who is accused of street gang activity.
