RHONY Legacy star Kristen Taekman teases future seasons of the spin-off – and which cast member she wants to see make a comeback
Kristen Taekman is back on TV after almost a decade as part of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy.
Despite her relatively short stint on the original Real Housewives of New York City, the model has become an unexpected fan favorite on the spinoff.
Speaking to Ny Breaking Australia, the 46-year-old said she would like to return for more seasons of RHONY Legacy if Peacock decides to continue the franchise.
'I would certainly be open to it. “I think we have a lot more in us,” she said.
“I think it would be nice to get from a few other girls, like keep the six we have and maybe add a few more to spice things up a bit. So yeah, why not?'

She added: 'Who doesn't want to go on holiday? But can we please stay in warm places? Or how about a ski trip?'
As for who she would like to see join the Legacy cast, the Calabasas-based beauty hinted that the scandalous Aviva Drescher could be the perfect match.
“I've always really liked Aviva,” she said of the leg-throwing socialite.
“I think she would be a great addition to any of these shows, and we should all remember why Aviva probably wasn't invited to this show, because she originally couldn't get on that flight with her husband!” she said.

Despite being part of the original RHONY, Kristen has thrown her support behind the recent reboot of the popular franchise.
“I love the new reboot. I think this is the best thing they could have done. I think it's young and fresh, and I think it really represents what New York City is about,” she said.
“I met a lot of those ladies at BravoCon and they are so nice. I don't think they need anyone else. I think they're just getting started. I think they only need a few more seasons before we really get to know them better,” she added.
Whether or not she would join the reboot cast, Kristen admitted that her new life in California would make things difficult.
“Listen, I would never say never. “I would be honored to be part of any of these amazing casts, but I live in Los Angeles, so I don't know how that would all work,” she said.

During her time on RHONY, Kristen clashed with the likes of Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel.
And while she was able to patch things up with Ramona during RHUGT, Kristen also revealed that she buried the hatchet with Bethenny years ago.
“Yes, Bethenny and I, we definitely had a falling out during Season 7 — my last season and her first season back,” she said.
“We ended up living in the same neighborhood in New York and our kids ended up going to the same school, so believe it or not, I saw her on the playground pretty much every week,” she continued.
“So yeah, Bethenny and I are good. She had said she thought I would be a great addition to the cast, which I really liked.”

Outside of RHUGT, Kristen says she focuses on modeling, social media influencing and motherhood.
'I would like to be a spokesperson for some brands. I've been doing some QVC for my husband's brand EBOOST during the pandemic. I would love to do something like that,” she explained.
“I feel like I get really passionate about certain brands I work with. I think that would be nice, but my kids still need me, so I'm still doing the mom/housewife thing, so I'm good right now.”
As for more TV in the future, Kristen teased, “We'll see what happens.”
