RHONJ: Teresa Giudice celebrates 50 years without her brother Joe and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga

Teresa Giudice celebrated her 50th birthday without her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga at Tuesday’s premiere of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

The season 13 premiere episode titled New Friends, Same Jersey opened with a preview showing the upcoming family drama which featured Joe and Teresa’s fiancé Louie Ruelas preparing to physically fight each other.

‘My wife isn’t at the fucking wedding, fuck you. Her family isn’t at the wedding, fuck them. I’m going to break your fucking balls,’ Joe yelled at Louie.

“Go ahead,” Louie said.

‘Damn now!’ Joe yelled as he pounded the table.

Louie in another preview clip got fed up with Joe and went after him.

“I’m going to punch him in the face because I have nothing to lose,” Louie said as Joe turned and faced him.

‘She has always wanted to keep me and my brother apart. She fulfilled her wish, ”Teresa said in a voiceover while being shown at her wedding to Louie that Joe and Melissa did not attend.

Melissa, 43, at the beginning of the episode told Joe, 43, that she was planning a roller skating party in the 1980s to kick off Memorial Day weekend.

“Anyone who knows Melissa Gorga knows that the ’80s is my vibe,” Melissa said in a confessional.

Melissa said she invited Teresa because she didn’t want to leave anyone out.

“You’re left out,” Joe said in reference to Teresa’s decision to keep Melissa out of their wedding party.

“Choose a person who is the wife of your only brother and say, ‘I’m going to exclude you’ is a big f***,” Melissa said in a confessional.

Melissa told Joe that she texted Teresa that it was okay not to be at the wedding and that “everything was fine.”

“And she didn’t answer you,” Joe said.

Melissa in a confessional said that “suddenly” she received a text message from Teresa inviting them to her 50th birthday party “on an island with her closest people.”

“You don’t even want us at your wedding,” Joe said.

‘Actually? We haven’t heard from you in two months. I don’t think so,’ Melissa said in a confessional.

Teresa was then shown excited about her birthday flowers and balloons as Louie started grilling and making pizzas for her birthday party.

Louie’s son Louie Jr, 18, and Teresa’s daughters Gia, 21, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, were at the party and soon their parents, Iris and Louie Sr, arrived.

Teresa talked to Louie’s sisters, Veronica and Jennifer, about buying bridesmaid dresses.

Meanwhile, Joe and Melissa were shown at their house discussing Teresa.

“What bothers me the most is the way he treated you,” Joe said.

‘She just admitted what we really are, which is not close. And she says, “I’ve got my people here now,” Melissa said.

That’s why I can’t answer the phone. I couldn’t go to his birthday party. I’m so disappointed, it’s like sad,” Joe said.

Louie at the party pointed to the flowers Joe and Melissa sent Teresa.

“It hurts me that they are not here,” said Teresa.

Joe in a flashback was shown in last season’s reunion storming out after Teresa repeatedly called him a ‘b**** kid’.

“I’m surprised you didn’t call him ab*** kid a long time ago,” Louie told him as he called Joe’s behavior “childish” and “selfish.”

I don’t even think he’s my brother. I think that’s Melissa, you know? And he just goes with the flow,’ Teresa said.

During a birthday dinner, Teresa received jewelry from her daughters and Louie Jr and noted that she had told her daughters earlier that all she wanted was for them not to fight and to love each other.

‘Do you see what is happening between me and my brother?’ said Teresa. ‘I don’t want you to go through that again.’

They told her that the sisters were different and Teresa in a confessional said that she now had sisters with Louie’s family who were filling “that void that I didn’t have before.”

The season premiere also featured the introduction of new cast members Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda, while Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler joined the cast as ‘Friends of the Housewives.’

The ’80s-themed roller skating party was a hit, except for the unresolved tension between Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin.

Teresa, during the roller skating party, spoke with Margaret Josephs, 55, and invited her to resolve their differences.

Margaret and her husband Joe Benigno visited Teresa and Louie, and after a rocky start, they finally agreed to work on being best friends after Teresa apologized.

Dolores invited everyone to a calendar session with the men as part of her charity work.

He overheard Jennifer talking about her at the photo shoot and confronted her about it.

‘Did you know? You and I don’t agree on what he is a friend,’ said Dolores.

‘We totally don’t. I’m nice. You are not. We’re fine,” Jennifer said.

Dolores and Jennifer started yelling at each other as Bill Aydin tried to calm his wife down.

“It looks like a fucking old bag,” Jennifer yelled at Dolores as she walked away.
