For Catania, beautiful skin is incredibly important. She showed viewers step by step what she does every day. Of course, she starts with a good double cleanse.

Catania doesn’t use a traditional cleanser, though: She starts her routine with Oak Essentials’ $48 Cleansing Balm, which removes makeup.

“It removes all the dirt and makeup from your face, or if you’ve been out in the sun, whatever you have on your skin that’s hard to get off,” she explained as she smoothed the balm all over her face.

She indicated that she liked this product as a first step to really cleanse the skin before applying other creams.

Once she applies the cleansing balm, she wipes it off with a washcloth and follows up with the $75 RéVive Foaming Cleanser.

“This is my cleanser, it has a little bit of exfoliating in it, which I think is really important. Because let’s be honest, I haven’t always taken the best care of my skin,” the fitness franchise owner said.

As Catania rinsed off the cleanser, she joked that she felt like she had lost weight from removing all that gunk.

Then she uses Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare’s $92 Daily Peel Pads, which are a two-step process: an exfoliating pad and a neutralizing and hydrating pad.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star also gave viewers a peek at her skin after applying some serums

The Bravo stars apply the peel not only to their faces, but also to their necks.

However, Catania warned viewers not to use these products daily as they can be somewhat drying to the skin.

“You will thank me for this, these products are really amazing for me,” she admitted.

Then it’s time for all her lotions and potions, like the $87 Vitamin C Serum, also from Dr. Dennis Gross.

“Don’t forget to use vitamin C, it firms and brightens the skin, you almost feel like a new person,” she said. “Take time for yourself, it’s really important.”

“Now that the peel is starting to work, my vitamin C is doing its job and I have RCA Skin hyaluronic acid, it’s hydrating and smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles,” Catania continues.

She added that the $125 serum was great to use morning and night.

Catania stressed that taking care of her skin was essential to her and urged people to start at a young age, joking that you might not need a facelift later on.
