RHOC star Shannon Beador is going to therapy after she was arrested for drunken driving and hit-and-run after hitting a house with her car in Newport Beach, LA on Saturday night.
The reality personality, 59, drove her car into a residential home and tore down the house – with the star appearing ‘wasted’ when police arrived on the scene.
A Newport Beach Police Department representative confirmed Beador was booked for hit-and-run and alcohol DUI. She was cited and released without bond.
Beador’s boyfriend and Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis, 53, revealed she called him after the incident to say she was “embarrassed and embarrassed” and “accepted full responsibility.”
On Monday’s episode of his SiriusXM show, Jeff Lewis Live, he said, “I’m happy to say she’s going into therapy this week, so I’m happy about that.”

“I don’t think Shannon is an alcoholic. “I think as her close friend, she’s going through a lot of personal issues right now, and I think she probably leaned on alcohol, but I don’t think she’s an alcoholic.”
He confirmed that Beador was injured in the car crash, but no one else was injured.
He added that he has “never ever seen Beador drink and drive,” saying, “I’m not justifying it, I’m not condoning it, I’m just telling you what I know.”
Beador will also miss her appearance on Lewis’ show on Friday alongside RHOC co-star Taylor Armstrong.
Hours before the incident, Beador went out with Armstrong, Lewis and his friend Stuart O’Keeffe in West Hollywood on Friday evening.
After colliding with the house, Beador allegedly turned back onto the road and continued driving before parking her car in the middle of the street and getting out with her dog.
Beador pretended to be “taking a walk” when police arrived on the scene after receiving a 911 call. The star was said to ‘appear dazed’ and was taken into custody.
The police also seized her car as part of an investigation into the damage to the home.

Shannon’s lawyer Michael Fell told DailyMail.com: ‘Shannon is extremely apologetic and remorseful. We await official information regarding this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to take full responsibility for her actions.”
This comes days after fans saw Gina Kirschenheiter blow up at Beador for continuing to bring up her four-year DUI arrest on Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Orange County.
The 39-year-old reality star was also furious during the season 17 episode titled Pumpkins & Paparazzi that Shannon kept saying she was about to have her children taken away by Child Protective Services (CPS) on the day of her DUI arrest .
Shannon angrily denied saying CPS would take Gina’s children, but the video showed otherwise.
“Shannon says damn and then she wants to pretend she didn’t do it,” Gina said in a confessional. “And if you can say things that are so hurtful and you don’t even remember saying it, you need to get yourself checked into a fucking rehab facility. And when you do that and you get to the damn ‘sorry’ step, I’ll wait for that apology.”
Shannon was tipped off during the pumpkin carving party by Tamra Judge, 55, that Jenn Pedranti, 45, shared with Gina the comments she made about her DUI arrest and CPS going after her children.
“Jenn, you said I said CPS would come for Gina’s kids?” Shannon shouted. ‘What are you talking about? I would never say that.’

“Okay, you’re telling me Jenn just plucked this story out of the air,” Heather Dubrow, 54, said in a confessional. ‘Yes, I don’t think so. Nice try, Shannon.’
Emily Simpson, 47, said she doesn’t think Jenn made it up.
“I would never say that!” Shannon stated this strongly.
“Tamra was the one who explained to me about Gina’s drunk driving at dinner,” Jenn said in a confessional. “I find it strange that you have conveniently forgotten about it now.”
‘It’s not true!’ Gina screamed. “No one gets a DUI and then their children are taken from them. Let this go!’
“They were going to arrest you in the morning,” Shannon said. “They would be there.”
‘How do you know that?’ Gina said. “Are you clocked into the police department?”
Emily said it was just a court order and they wouldn’t come to her house and arrest her.
