The glamorous model, 36, looked effortlessly chic in a striking pink ensemble as she reached out to her actor husband Oliver Mellor, 41, as they strolled inside the steakhouse.
Rhian wore a chic pink blazer with a matching pair of wide leg pants with a striking white stripe down the leg.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star tucked a red and white striped sweater into his pants and kept it casual with a pair of white sneakers.
Former Coronation Street star Oliver, who Rhian married in Kalkan, Turkey, in 2018, rocked a matching pair of black sunglasses for the romantic rendezvous.

The former soap opera star looked stylish in a crisp white T-shirt and matching pants, adding a black jacket on top.
It comes after Rhian has opened up about her anxiety diagnosis for the first time, revealing her lifelong phobia of being sick, which began when she was just three years old, led to panic attacks and left her hospitalized.
Speaking to former Love Island star Dr. Alex George on the Stompcast podcast, Rhian admitted that her phobia of being sick has taken over her life and even her husband has had trouble dealing with his panic attacks and anxiety. .
Rhian revealed that her fear has affected much of her life for more than 30 years, from keeping her from getting on school buses to stopping her from going on holiday abroad to eating most food, leaving her with a very low weight
For years, doctors had struggled to help the model, but after she decided to try different therapies, including shock therapy and hypnotherapy, she said that recently she finally began to learn to cope better.
Rhian explained: “For the last five years I have been diagnosed with anxiety. But I’ve had it since I was about three or four years old and it wasn’t really a thing back then.
‘Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a bad time. I feel like he has taken over a lot of my life, but he comes from a phobia of being sick.
‘I have ideas where it came from because I’ve had so many different types of therapy over the years. I have had hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), shock therapy.
And they pushed me back in a way, something I never thought was possible. I thought this was just ridiculous talk, but they managed to bring up memories I didn’t know I had. That was the hypnotherapy that did that.
Rhian explained that hypnotherapy helped bring up memories of her childhood, including seeing a diner lady at her school sick, helping her understand when the phobia started.
