RFK Jr. spotted for the first time since bombshell cheating scandal with reporter Olivia Nuzzi as he mulls SUING her over ‘pornographic’ pictures

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not avoiding attention after his shocking sexting scandal with New York Magazine’s Olivia Nuzzi.

On Monday, Kennedy appeared at an event on Capitol Hill and posed for photos with leading Republican lawmakers.

Ahead of Monday’s event, GOP Rep. Thomas Massie shared a photo with Kennedy, noting that they had dinner together Sunday night.

Fellow Republicans Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Chip Roy also shared snapshots with Kennedy, while Sen. Ron Johnson had him appear on a panel discussion titled, “American Health and Nutrition: A Second Opinion.”

The Washington tour comes as Kennedy is reportedly considering suing Nuzzi over the pornographic content she sent him.

Jessica Read Kraus, who writes the popular House Inhabit Substack, wrote on Saturday that Kennedy is exploring his legal options after Nuzzi allegedly ‘bombarded him with more and more pornographic photos and videos.’

Kraus, who has generally treated Kennedy positively, wrote that Nuzzi would approach her for information about the now-former presidential candidate.

“There was an undercurrent of fascination that went beyond journalistic intrigue and bordered on obsession,” she wrote.

Nuzzi’s “constant desire for updates, combined with the tone of her questions, made it clear that she was not just reporting: she was weaving a kind of fantasy.”

“I could feel her emotional investment growing. In that shift, the gossip became less focused on politics and more about following and dissecting his every move,” Kraus said.

She reported that those who worked close to Kennedy were convinced that Nuzzi was trying to “set him up.”

According to Kraus, Nuzzi made a “flirtatious comment during a phone call,” which led to the independent candidate blocking the prominent journalist.

Nuzzi, in turn, contacted Kennedy via email asking him to unblock her number, “but later that night she sent him a provocative photo, causing him to block her again,” according to Kraus’ account.

Security expert Gavin de Becker is investigating the situation to see if Kennedy can file a civil lawsuit against Nuzzi, Kraus reported.

“This has nothing to do with romance,” Becker told Kraus. “He was haunted by porn.”

The Daily Beast reported Sunday that the sexting scandal came to light after Kennedy bragged to friends that he had intimate photos of Nuzzi — and that the news also reached New York editor in chief David Haskell.

Nuzzi did not respond to requests from DailyMail.com.

Kennedy dropped out of the presidential race in August, a day after the Democratic National Convention ended, and instead endorsed the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump.

Kennedy, a prominent anti-vaxxer, said he and Trump are aligned on the goal of getting Americans healthy again.

During his afternoon on Capitol Hill, Kennedy spoke about the overdose of medicines given to Americans and how disturbing he finds it that microplastics are being found in people’s brains.

He also indicated that he doesn’t eat anything that comes in a package, and he stressed that Americans should stop eating processed foods.

Johnson, a Republican from Wisconsin, praised Kennedy’s work in this area.

“I don’t know of anyone who has been so vilified, ridiculed, marginalized, canceled or paid such a high personal price for his commitment to children’s health, for making the decisions he’s made over the last few years and literally over the last month or two,” Johnson — a staunch Trump supporter — said of Kennedy.
