You may have noticed that everyone has become a little obsessed with blood sugar or glucose lately. Wellness companies such as Zoe in the UK – as well as Nutrisense, Levels and Signos – claim to offer insight into the way our bodies process food, based on monitoring our blood glucose, among other things. But many researchers are starting to question the science behind this.
