The NBA has said officials from Tuesday night’s Game 5 between the Knicks and 76ers missed a crucial trip involving Philadelphia star Tyrese Maxey.

Maxey’s walk with the ball came during the play in which he made a 3-pointer and fouled New York’s Mitchell Robinson.

Maxey’s efforts helped the 76ers push their Eastern Conference first-round playoff series to a Game 6 on Tuesday night thanks to a pair of three-pointers with less than 30 seconds left against the Knicks.

According to the league’s Last Two Minute Report, Maxey’s star-making attempt should have been cut before it started, along with three other missed calls.

Trailing by 6 seconds with 28.2 seconds left, Maxey bumped Robinson as he went up for a 3-pointer, which he made. Maxey also threw the ensuing free throw.

Maxey scored 46 points in the win, including 17-for-30 from the field and seven three-pointers

Josh Hart missed one of two free throws to give the Knicks a three-point lead with 15.1 seconds left.

Brunson shocked the crowd at Madison Square Garden by then making the tying 3-pointer from the Knicks logo, including Ben Stiller on the celebrity row.

The Knicks couldn’t score to end regulation, falling to the 76ers in overtime. Now the series returns to Philadelphia.

The other calls to be ruled incorrect include a clock error, where there should have been 0.4 seconds left at the last regulation play instead of the clock running out, giving the Knicks a desperate opportunity to win the win the match before extra time.

Jalen Brunson should also have been called for an offensive foul on the play, where he was fouled by Joel Embiid. Hart was also ruled not to be out of bounds with 41.5 left in regulation.
