A bizarre clause is said to have been included in Victor Osimhen’s Galatasaray loan deal which could see him leave in January.
The Napoli striker landed in Istanbul early on Tuesday morning and will reportedly undergo medical tests in preparation for the surprise transfer.
The striker was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea during the summer transfer window, with a move to the Premier League being his ‘dream’, but the Blues were unable to complete the deal.
Galatasaray confirmed on Monday evening that they are in talks with the Italian giant over the acquisition of Osimhen.
The Nigerian international has signed a one-year loan deal with the Turkish giants, but there are now rumours that there is a unique clause in his contract.

According to a Turkish news agency A sportOsimhen has requested a termination clause in his contract that applies to a total of 10 specific clubs.
Should one of the unnamed teams make an offer in January, he would be allowed to leave.
According to the outlet, Osimhen has also asked for his release clause to be reduced from £109m to £63m as he seeks to make the move permanent.
Osimhen left for Turkey on the final day after being excluded from Napoli’s squad for the 2024-25 season due to a ‘broken’ relationship with the club.
Earlier this week, the transfer of Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea was completed for £38 million. The Belgian striker is expected to become the striker in Antonio Conte’s team.

Lukaku was seen as a replacement for Osimhen as the Italian club looked to resolve the Nigerian’s problems at the club before he was loaned out.
Osimhen scored 26 league goals in the 2022-23 season, which saw Napoli win their first title in 33 years. He scored 15 last season, but it was a disastrous season for the club.
They finished in tenth place, missing out on European competition, and Osimhen will not be part of their revival this season.
