To get to the bottom of your Christmas dinner arrangement, MailOnline simply asked ChatGPT: “How do you rank the elements of a British Christmas dinner?”

Within seconds, the AI ​​bot began to respond, diplomatically stating that “the order of items can vary based on personal preferences and regional traditions.”

However, I eventually arrived at 10 main items.

Roast turkey was chosen as the best item, although ChatGPT said roast beef, goose or pork would also suffice.

'“The roast main course takes first place and is often the centerpiece of a British Christmas dinner,” ChatGPT said.

Second place was taken by the filling, which the AI ​​bot described as a “popular and delicious accompaniment to roasting.”

The “beloved side dish” of baked potatoes came in third place, with ChatGPT requiring them to be “crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.”

Meanwhile, the “rich and flavourful” broth was considered the fourth most important ingredient in Christmas dinner.
