The tattoo artist whose naked body was paraded by Hamas terrorists after they massacred 260 Israelis at a festival was a peace campaigner and conscientious objector to military service, it has been revealed.
Shani Louk, 30, was at a music festival for peace when she was captured by Hamas terrorists, who stormed the event and massacred 260 Israeli revelers during their attack on Israel.
Her naked body was seen naked in the back of a truck, with one leg at an unnatural angle, as she was surrounded by four Hamas terrorists who shouted ‘Allahu akbar’ in the sickening video. The gunmen’s critical supporters, including children, were filmed running up to the truck and spitting on her motionless body.
Her family, who desperately hope Shani is still alive despite the sightings of her body, said she was a pacifist and a peace fighter who was known for her involvement in organizing music festivals.
Shani, who grew up in Israel but held a German passport, had refused to take up the military service that is compulsory for Israelis because of her views, her aunt Orly Louk told the German newspaper. Der Spiegeladding that her German passport helped for this.
The video appears to show Shani, who loved traveling with her family, dancing at the music festival moments before she was captured by the terrorists.

Shocking footage shared on social media appears to show Palestinian fighters parading Shani’s naked body on the back of a truck.
It comes after Shani’s mother, Ricarda, released a heartbreaking video pleading for help to find out what happened to her daughter.
Holding a picture of Shani on her mobile phone, Ricarda said on Sunday: ‘This morning my daughter, Shani Nicole Louk, a German citizen, was kidnapped with a group of tourists in southern Israel by the Palestinian Hamas.
“We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving through the Gaza Strip.
“I ask you to send us some help or some news. Thank you very much.’
Hamas had claimed the body was that of a female Israeli soldier – but last night it was confirmed to be Shani by her cousin Tomasina Weintraub-Louk, who told MailOnline the family recognized her by her distinctive leg tattoos and curly hair.
She said: “We haven’t heard anything. We hope for positive news. It is definitely Shani. She was at a peace music festival. This is a nightmare for our family.’
Tomasina said she and other family members had tried desperately to contact Shani as well as her Mexican boyfriend, but they had been unsuccessful.
“We knew she was at the party, she didn’t answer,” Tomasina said.

The tragedy comes as Palestinian militants launched their worst offensive in 50 years on Saturday in unprecedented land, sea and air strikes – even using planes to avoid detection.
In a coordinated and multi-pronged attack, Palestinian terrorists crossed into Israel from the Gaza Strip, overrunning settlements and capturing and killing civilians celebrating a Jewish holiday.
Dozens of people are suspected to have been abducted from the street and returned to Gaza, or simply killed on the spot.
The music festival Shani attended was one of the first venues to be attacked by the terrorist group, with 260 revelers massacred there.
Survivors described how the gunmen went ‘tree by tree’ executing the victims.
Survivors of the attack posted videos of the ordeal on social media, showing how they were forced to hide under bushes and record silent goodbye messages to their loved ones as they watched the victims being killed one by one.
Many were still terrified for more than five hours before they heard the sound of armed rescuers speaking in Hebrew.
The Palestinian terror group attacked the Supernova Festival taking place near Kibbutz Re’im, near the Gaza Strip, as part of a surprise attack launched on Saturday.
This morning, chilling CCTV footage from the incident showed gunmen executing civilians as they lay on the sand before pocketing rifles and emptying bags from their cars.

In a second video widely shared on social media, a woman screams ‘Don’t kill me!’ can be seen being driven away on a motorcycle by a gunman.
She has since been identified as Noa Argamani, 25, a student who was caught at the same outdoor peace festival she attended with her boyfriend near the border.
Esther Borochov, who fled the rampage party, said she survived by playing dead in a car after the driver who was trying to help her escape was shot at point blank range.
The bodies of Israeli civilians were scattered through the streets of Sderot in southern Israel, near Gaza, surrounded by broken glass. The bodies of a woman and a man were lying across the front seats of a car.
“I went outside, I saw a lot of bodies of terrorists, civilians, shot cars. A sea of bodies, inside Sderot along the road, other places, loads of bodies”, said Shlomi from Sderot.
Terrified Israelis, trapped in safe rooms, told their plight by phone on live TV.
Other footage showed captured soldiers and civilians – some dead – parading through the streets of Gaza.
