Luton Town fans have been voted the sexiest in the Premier League, while Sheffield United supporters are said to be the least attractive.

Around 2,000 fans were polled and it emerged that The Hatters gained 12 per cent of the vote, closely followed by Liverpool and Manchester United.

Famous Luton fans include Welsh singer Cerys Matthews and ITV presenter Nick Owen.

Supporters of Brentford, Crystal Palace, Arsenal, Wolves, Chelsea and Everton all made it into the top ten sexiest clubs.

According to The Sun's pollAlong with Sheffield fans, those who supported Aston Villa, Newcastle United and West Ham United were the least sexy.

Tottenham Hotspur fans were in the bottom half along with supporters of Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth, Fulham and Brighton.
