REVEALED: Harrowing 911 call from witness who saw Las Vegas sicko ‘eating dead victim’s face’

A witness who saw a crazed cannibal chewing on the flesh of a man’s face in Las Vegas poignantly called 911 and asked police to intervene.

Colin Czech, 29, is accused of eating Kenneth Brown’s ear and eyeball after beating him to death in a 7-Eleven parking garage on April 28.

He has been charged with murder after police allegedly found him covered in blood, kneeling over the man’s mangled head.

A supermarket employee called police to report that a man was lying on top of another at a bus stop and ‘eating’ his face.

“It’s bad, ma’am,” the worker said in the 911 call he received 8 News Now. “Oh my God, I don’t understand what he’s doing to this man, that’s weird.”

Another desperate employee called 911 just before 5am on Sunday, claiming Czech had been standing outside the store ‘all night’ attacking a customer.

“I think he just rushed him,” they told the dispatcher. “I tried to have a conversation with him, but he won’t talk.”

“Right now he’s on his hands and knees, like he’s a dog about to run into the store. I think he just rushed it. I need someone to come get him now.”

Czech admitted to police that he “used his teeth to eat [the victim’s] eye and ear,” an arrest report alleges.

Police alleged that homeless man Brown killed Brown by repeatedly hitting his head on the concrete, killing him from severe head injuries.

Authorities arrived and were shocked to find Czech reportedly with blood and “biological material” on his face, hands, mouth and clothing.

Brown was unresponsive and bleeding from his head and missing his left ear and left eye.

Czech was “kneeling on the floor” next to Brown’s head and when police asked what happened, he had a “blank stare” and said nothing, authorities said.

He was taken to hospital while ‘losing consciousness’, while Brown was pronounced dead on arrival.

Czech allegedly told investigators he was homeless and hadn’t slept for five nights in a row because “he was possessed.”

He allegedly claimed that Brown “attacked” him and that he thought he was fighting a “shapeshifter” but that he was helped to victory by a “higher power.”

Voices in his head told him to kill a person named Drake, who he didn’t know and thought was Brown, he reportedly told police. Czech also said he was “tweaking.”

When asked what he attacked Brown with, he reportedly said “my teeth” and that he was “using his teeth to eat” [Brown’s] eyeballs and ears.’

Czech appeared in court in Las Vegas on Wednesday, where he made bizarre facial expressions and his lawyer claimed he was too insane to stand trial.

Chief Deputy Public Defender David Westbrook told the court that Czech was insane and that he had a competency hearing on May 24.

“I have spoken to him and I have determined that he is incompetent,” he said.

‘We will get to the bottom of all factual allegations, that is a process. But before we get there, we first have to go into the authorization procedure.’

If the hearing shows that Czech is too mentally incompetent to stand trial, he will be sent to a psychiatric institution for treatment until that changes.

Czech was taken into custody without bail and remains behind bars at the Clark County Detention Center.
