The details surrounding allegations of assault and death threats against UFC star Jon Jones, made by an agent of anti-doping organization Drug Free Sport International, have been uncovered.

On Saturday, ABQRAW first reported the alleged incident, which occurred at Jones’ Residence of Albuquerque.

A police report obtained by DailyMail.com reveals that the UFC heavyweight champion is accused of taking the ‘terrified’ tester’s phone and threatening to sue her and her colleague.

Jones – who the tester believed was drunk – then allegedly threatened them as they tried to obtain a sample, causing the officer to fear he would hit her.

“Why you damn people come so early,” Jones is accused of telling the officer, according to the police report. “You know what happens to people who come to my house, they end up dead.”

According to the report, both officers arrived at Jones’ home around 4 p.m. on March 30, 2024, when an unknown man opened the door and directed them to the garage.

The officer claims Jones initially cooperated when she showed her login information and placed her testing materials and phone on a table. After asking to take the urine test in the garage, she left a colleague with the UFC star.

A few minutes later, she claims to have discovered that both Jones and her colleague were gone. When they reappeared, the officer was told by her colleague – who seemed nervous – that Jones could not take the urine test.

She claims to have offered a blood test as an alternative before the heavyweight began the reported attack and threatened both officers. She stated that Jones seemed irritated because he was “tense and puffed up.”

The tester claims Jones then threatened to sue them before taking out her phone and recording a video. Officers were shown the video, which shows Jones using profanities.

After allegedly putting the officer’s phone in his pocket, Jones is accused of failing to return the device. Instead, it is alleged, he got in her face and said, “Why do you bloody people come so early? You know what happens to people who come to my house, they end up dead.”

This left the officer “terrified” and her heart “pounding,” the police report said. The alleged victim wanted to quit the test but was afraid Jones would hit her – as UFC fighters can be fined for not taking tests.

She later told police she thought the hunter was drunk because she smelled alcohol on him. He was shirtless at the time.

Jones later agreed to take the urine test and put her phone down before quickly grabbing it.

Later on Saturday, Jones released a statement in which he admitted using profanity but denied threatening the officers.

“Although I was frustrated by the unprofessionalism and used profanity out of frustration, it ended on a friendly and amicable note, nothing threatening at all,” he said.

“I actually celebrated a friend’s birthday party at my house, and I believe it’s completely normal to celebrate in the comfort of my own home.”

“I have to say that this particular tester behaved quite unprofessionally and even violated standard protocol and HIPAA laws. In my 20 years of drug testing, I have never encountered such an incident involving a DCO officer.”
