REVEALED: Details of Thomas Tuchel’s speech after his sacking at Bayern Munich are LEAKED, with ex-Chelsea boss delivering nine-word message to stars who didn’t like him in dressing room split

Thomas Tuchel used the first speech to his players after being sacked by Bayern Munich to send a message to those in the dressing room who were keen to see him leave, according to reports in Germany.

The former Chelsea manager was given his marching orders last week amid a turbulent run of form for the Bundesliga giants, but will remain at the club until the end of the season as the club searches for his successor.

Defeats to leaders Bayer Leverkusen and VfL Bochum in the German top flight and a shock loss to Lazio in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie helped cement the board’s decision to let Tuchel go after weeks of speculation in Bavaria . .

One of the main reasons for the 50-year-old’s departure is said to have been his soured relationship with a number of established stars, such as Joshua Kimmich.

And in an effort to motivate these players ahead of the sharp end to the season, Tuchel’s first meeting with his players last Wednesday, in the wake of the news, included special guidance for stars who could be happy to see him go.

From BILTuchel made a speech in an attempt to clarify the situation and stated: ‘There are no longer discussions every week, everyone knows about it.

‘We can still achieve something, we have to win.’

The former Paris Saint-Germain head coach was reportedly optimistic and combative, singling out deviant players with the suggestion: ‘Anyone can show up for the new coach now’.

Tuchel was joined by Bayern chief Jan-Christian Dreesen, who offered another ominous omen for those who may have underperformed under their current manager.

“We’ll take a good look now,” he is said to have said. “You are responsible!”

Dreesen later told the publication that the players will have to put the club first in a bid to retain their place in the squad ahead of the summer window.

“I have emphatically told the players that their personal interests must be subordinated to those of the club and the team,” Dreesen emphasized. ‘The most important thing is FC Bayern.

‘The players now have to bring the quality on the pitch that they undoubtedly have and they must feel taken with the honour.’

Although Tuchel has caused division in the dressing room during his 10-month tenure in Munich, one key player said he was disappointed his time at the club would come to an end.

The head coach fought hard to secure Harry Kane’s signature last summer and the England captain has flourished under him this season. He has scored an impressive 31 goals and registered a further eight assists since his successful move from Tottenham.

After scoring both goals in Bayern Munich’s 2-1 win against RB Leipzig on Saturday evening, Kane praised his coach as a ‘top manager and a very good guy’.

“The club has made a decision,” Kane said. ‘We players have to show our responsibility to the manager, our responsibility to the club, to give everything we have for the season.

‘Of course we are sad because he is a top manager and a very good guy. The club has decided to part ways in the summer, and that’s football.

‘We have good characters. That’s all we can do: keep working, keep pushing.”

The victory against Leipzig puts Bayern eight points ahead of Bayer Leverkusen, whose head coach Xabi Alonso has been appointed as Tuchel’s replacement.

For his part, the German manager is believed to be keen to return to Premier League football after his spell at Chelsea was cut short by new co-controlling owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Egbali in September 2022.

Liverpool, Manchester United and his former club are among those who could be looking for a new manager at the end of the season.
