REVEALED: Dana White accidentally leaks the fight order for UFC 300… as fans are convinced Conor McGregor will make his comeback at the landmark event

Fans are convinced Conor McGregor is set for a shock comeback at UFC 300 after Dana White accidentally leaked the fight order for the historic event.

The highly anticipated night of action will take place on April 13 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with fans desperate to know who will compete in the main fight.

White has already unveiled some mouthwatering clashes on the main card, with Justin Gaethje taking on Max Holloway for the BMF title.

Meanwhile, Zhang Weili and Yan Xiaonan will also face off in a colossal match that will see two Chinese fighters compete for a UFC world title for the first time in history.

Still, fans remain in the dark about who will meet in the main event, with McGregor teasing a possible return to the Octagon at UFC 300 earlier this week.

Dana White appears to have accidentally leaked the starting order for UFC 300, which will take place on April 13

Despite this, White has now seemingly leaked the fight order for UFC 300 after posting a joint video on Instagram in collaboration with digital creator Nina Marie Daniele.

The video showed the UFC president walking into his office before being given a bottle of oil.

White was then given a bizarre ultimatum with Daniele captioning the video: ‘Dana White said if this video gets 10,000 comments he will announce the UFC 300 main event this week or we can rub him in!’

The 54-year-old was then seen in another room, sitting in front of a board that appeared to show the running order for UFC 300.

While that order could still change, it appears White already has a line-up in mind for the evening, but hasn’t revealed anything about the headline fight, with the words ‘TBD’ at the top of the list.

McGregor, meanwhile, hasn’t fought in the UFC since 2021 after suffering a horrific leg break in the opening round of his rematch against Dustin Poirer, but he recently expressed his interest in fighting at the event.

Speaking to X (formerly Twitter), McGregor said: ‘McGregor at 300 seals the deal.’

And many fans are convinced White is about to announce the Irishman will compete in the main event, with some claiming he could take on Michael Chandler.

“Conor v Chandler at the top makes sense,” one wrote on X, while another wrote: “Clearly McGregor-Chandler is the main event. Should be announced soon.”

“I think Conor should face a big name as the headliner at UFC 300 with the way Dana is pumping up the main event,” another wrote.

The two UFC stars traded verbal blows on social media as they teased a potential matchup

With the main event yet to be announced, White showed off his expected lineup for UFC 300, which would see Jessica Andrade take on her Brazilian compatriot Marina Rodriguez in one of the first fights of the event.

Bo Nickal’s middleweight fight against Cody Brundage is next on the board, followed by Calvin Kattar versus Aljamain Sterling. Holly Holm’s name comes next as she takes on Kayla Harrison in their bantamweight bout, before White looks to have Czech fighter Jiri Prochazka’s fight against Serbia’s Aleksandar Rakic next.

Charles Oliveira returns to the Octagon for the first time since claiming victory against Beneil Dariush in June, while the former UFC lightweight champion will next face Arman Tsarukyan. White, meanwhile, has placed Weili’s match against Xiaonan above them, with Gaethje vs Holloway just before the main event.

While the main event announcement could now happen next week, it still remains a mystery as to who could fight in the main event of UFC 300.

While an announcement about the main event could come this week, White added that fans “can’t handle the main event”

White previously hinted on Instagram Live that he was “playing around” with some options for who could fight in the main event.

“When are you getting the main event?” White said, reading a comment.

“You can’t handle the main event. We are working on a number of different options. Trust me, the UFC 300 main event is going to be insane.

“We have a number of options for the main event. I still play with it. When the time comes, I will give it to you.”
