When Nicole was asked to get out of the car, she said, “I just don’t feel like it. I’m tired.’
An officer told her several times to get out of the vehicle or he would have to remove her himself, before she finally slid down the hood of the car.
Nicole then had her back to the officer when they asked for her basic personal information, including her name and date of birth, but she was initially hesitant to respond and instead told them her daughter was on the way.
