Renée Zellweger suffered a real-life Bridget Jones fiasco with a very awkward wardrobe malfunction after attending the 77th Academy Awards in 2005.

The 55-year-old Texan wore an “incredible” strapless red Carolina Herrera gown with tulle trim, and as she left the ceremony, a “gentleman boarded the train.”

When it came to her first Oscars in 1999, Renée wore designer L’Wren Scott’s very first dress and told the magazine, “I think there was a big boy can of Budweiser and a bag of Doritos that went into the prep for this.” Look.’

Zellweger will reprise her role as the accident-prone TV producer in Michael Morris’ four-part Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, which premieres on Peacock on February 13 before hitting UK theaters on February 14.
