Renee Bargh says she is ‘finally able to walk’ after giving birth to her first child Tide
Renee Bargh welcomed her first child last month with her partner Andrew Lange, a baby boy named Tide.
Nearly five weeks after being born, the TV presenter shared an update with her more than 100,000 followers on Instagram.
The 36-year-old posted to her Instagram Stories on Saturday asking her followers if they wanted to know anything about her pregnancy and first month of being a mother.
A fan asked how she’s doing, and the new mom revealed she’s “finally able to walk again” after a rough few months at the end of her pregnancy.
‘[I’m] tired but oh so happy,’ she said. ‘I’ve never been a good sleeper, so the sleep deprivation isn’t too bad.

“Finally able to walk and get out again, which is great. I couldn’t really walk for the last few months of my pregnancy and gave myself time to heal after giving birth, so it feels great to be freer again.”
In response to a follower who asked how she survived her last trimester, the presenter said: “To be honest, I never quite got over it.
As uncomfortable as I was, I was strangely patient (which I am in no other part of my life).

When asked about her must-have items for newborns, Renee said she swears by her baby carrier, as she often rummages around the house with baby Tide asleep on her.
‘I swam almost every day and that was my happy place. Took the pressure off my body and made me feel weightless.”

The mom-to-be announced she was expecting her first child in September and posted a gallery of photos on Instagram of herself and partner Andrew on the beach.
